10-06-2025The amount of research out there indicating zinc picolinate can eliminate the need for or minimize the dosage (some studies showed a reduction of 40%) for ADHD meds is astonishing. That the general public (and DOCTORS!) are unaware of this is truly lamentable. Anyway, I bought this for my son after reviewing the research myself. Combined with frequent zeolite, its given us fantastic results.

Greater than one weekJk you dont stink. Its hard to write a good review about zinc, tbh. Thorne makes stuff that will almost never make you sick. I have bought maybe 10 bottles of their stuff and so far so good, but its gonna cost you a few bucks. Someone is gonna get mad about this review already, I can tell. Look, if you feel any type of way after taking this other than 1) same or 2) pretty good, try taking it with food. Zinc can do a number on you.

> 3 dayI believe in Zinc for boosting my immune system and have been taking this product daily and faithfully for nearly a year. Only one very minor cold that lasted only 3-4 days, which is fantastic because I used to be sick at least 2-3 times a year with bad viruses that lasted 2-3 weeks. I also believe in the Zinc products that you take at the onset of a cold to shorten a cold. If I was to only take one supplement, zinc would be it.

10-06-2025This was too high of a dose for me. And for $30 I cant return it!! Such a bummer. Very vivid dreams, drowsy, slight headache. Very high potency, but I CANT RETURN!!!!!!
