Greater than one weekI have a lot of difficulty swallowing pills- they have to either be very small capsules or Ill chew them. These are nice and small and they go down easily. I think theyre doing the job.

> 3 dayI heard 40 or 50 mg is toxic if you keep taking zinc, and if that is true, this 30 is a bit high, i will try their lower dose next time instead of doing this one every 2 days. This kind of zinc, picolonate is the only kind i will get in the future unless i see new info.

Highly recommend for treating acne, but definitely take the recommended 2/day.
