> 3 dayThey gave this to me while I was n the hospital. I’ve heard about Zinc for awhile now and just started to research it. First of all our bodies don’t produce it and unless you eat shellfish everyday you’re probably not getting enough for your immune system. Found out the body doesn’t absorb it easy and there are different kinds. Found out this one is highly absorbed by the body and with all the viruses and WHO knows what( pun intended ) it’s cheap and it might just work.

> 3 dayI believe in Zinc for boosting my immune system and have been taking this product daily and faithfully for nearly a year. Only one very minor cold that lasted only 3-4 days, which is fantastic because I used to be sick at least 2-3 times a year with bad viruses that lasted 2-3 weeks. I also believe in the Zinc products that you take at the onset of a cold to shorten a cold. If I was to only take one supplement, zinc would be it.
