They gave this to me while I was n the hospital. I’ve heard about Zinc for awhile now and just started to research it. First of all our bodies don’t produce it and unless you eat shellfish everyday you’re probably not getting enough for your immune system. Found out the body doesn’t absorb it easy and there are different kinds. Found out this one is highly absorbed by the body and with all the viruses and WHO knows what( pun intended ) it’s cheap and it might just work.

As a vegan for the past few years, its important to supplement routinely with key vitamins (e.g., B12) and minerals one cannot get simply through plants.
