I heard 40 or 50 mg is toxic if you keep taking zinc, and if that is true, this 30 is a bit high, i will try their lower dose next time instead of doing this one every 2 days. This kind of zinc, picolonate is the only kind i will get in the future unless i see new info.

Does the job

The amount of research out there indicating zinc picolinate can eliminate the need for or minimize the dosage (some studies showed a reduction of 40%) for ADHD meds is astonishing. That the general public (and DOCTORS!) are unaware of this is truly lamentable. Anyway, I bought this for my son after reviewing the research myself. Combined with frequent zeolite, its given us fantastic results.
