> 3 dayEl producto llegó bien embalado, se mira de buena calidad, lo acabo de abrir y usar. El tiempo dirá, pero por lo que veo, cumple con todas las características que dice tener. Muy ideal para climas cálidos. Lo recomiendo mucho. Vale lo que cuesta.

> 3 dayGlad I bought this. I walk every day and in the hot Georgia sun wearing a hat just isn’t enough. This solar protection umbrella is really all it says it is.

> 3 dayI monitor golden eagle nests yearly for a research project on nest success/failure. This year I had a nest that had no shade, and unusually hot weather for our area. Since my viewing location was farther than the safe distance deemed proper for studying eagle nests without disturbing the nesting process, I was able to sit outside my truck in a chair with my spotting scope. My view area, however, had no trees for shade. I soon realized that sitting in 80 and 90 degree temperatures for 6-hours at a time was not only uncomfortable, but of course also unhealthy, even with my hat and sunblock. I decided to try this UV blocker umbrella, and what a success it was! This umbrella not only protected me from the suns damaging effects, but it also really did drop the temperature. I can not attest to how much of a drop it was, but it felt like at least 10 degrees. The minute I opened the umbrella I could feel a noticeable change in the heat. As far as the wind goes, the baffles work quite nicely, but only if you aim the umbrella so that the wind does not blow into the interior of the umbrella. If you are holding it so that the wind blows into the umbrella, depending on how strong the wind is, it may turn the umbrella inside out. Not to worry, however, I had this happen 3-times due to unexpected wind gusts, and it snapped back into place, with no harm to the umbrella, when I turned the outside top of the umbrella toward the wind. I am not sure how much wind it can take, but one of the things we do is monitor the weather, including wind, and I have used it in gusty wind up to 15-MPR with no problems, as long as I angled it so that the gusts would not catch the inside. This umbrella was well worth the price. My only problem was holding it over my head, while writing in my research log book, and data sheet. A longer handle would have helped me out here, but most people wont have that issue.

> 3 dayThis is my second umbrella; I purchased my first one in 2015 which was much more durable. For the last three weeks I have used this almost daily to hide from peak summer city sun, but it already broke and does not open or close properly. The fabric corners are also already showing signs of wear. The umbrella certainly should have lasted longer than 3 weeks! Additionally, it no longer holds up well in wind as the 2015 model did. A disappointing purchase.

18-11-2024Great umbrella for the price. Feels like it Cuts down at least 20° right away when you go under it. I cannot live without it on these hot days! I love how it is light weight too. It automatically opens and closes. So much easier than the next size up. Which I use to but not every day. Thank you!

> 3 dayNice coverage area. Has definitely blocked the damaging UV rays from worsening my rosacea and it also covers my arms. I like the sturdy construction, too. However, I find it a bit bulky to keep in my purse and I dont like the logo on it making me a walking billboard. I think it makes an otherwise beautiful umbrella classless.

> 3 dayI ordered this umbrella only because a friend had one and it was great for sitting at ballgames, etc, because it was a large size and definitely not compact. She told me the price and when I found this one from the same place, assumed would be the same umbrella. Hopefully, I did not receive the compact size because seller out of stock on large one. I would assume the compact umbrella would be less expensive. If one plans to use as a sun blocker, obviously, the umbrella needs to be large enough to cover you and the compact does not. Lesson learned here.

> 3 dayI have to stand in direct sunlight for about an hour a day in Arizona. Ive tried using a regular rain umbrella to get away from direct sunlight but it just wasnt doing the job. I recently bought and tried the UV umbrella and what a difference! It definitely cuts the intensity of the sunlight and creates shade. Standing in the sun, at 105 degrees plus, there is a world of difference between the UV umbrella and a rain umbrella. It takes a little effort to fold it enough to put back in its sleeve but Im not using it for travel.

> 3 dayI like everything about this product. My dermatologist warned me to stay out of the sun since I have had many spots removed. Since I teach in Texas and take the students outside daily, I decided to upgrade from my regular umbrella and get something better. I call it my SUNBRELLA. Positives: blocks out TONS of light, one button to open and close, folds up small, big when opened, keeps you cooler, quality fabric. Negatives: the wind flips it inside out. I recommend this particular sunbrella to anyone who needs protection from the sun or wants to stay cooler from heat.
