> 3 dayJust the right size to carry my gun to the shooting range - not too big and not too small.

> 3 dayI originally bought this as a safe for a car. I found out it is so much more useful. I travel and spend a lot of time in hotels. I can easily take it out of the car and use it to secure valuables in the hotel room. Ive also used it for plane travel. The biometrics have been 100% flawless. The safe opens immediately and has a LED inside for lighting. My only complaint is I wish the carry handle was included. I cant imagine why you would use the safe without it. Due to the size (which is ideal), transporting it is difficult without using the handle or placing it in a bag.

> 3 dayI have the original LifePod and pretty happy with it. I was excited for the bigger version to store a large gun along with my EDC gear. But unfortunately, the accessories tray won’t fit above the Sphinx SDP Compact. And its magazines wont fit well on the top of the tray either. I have not tried any other double-stack handguns, but assume that most carry guns won’t feet. Its pretty disappointing considering I purchased this product to store both the gun and the EDC gear, not one or the other. Other than that, the case is just a large version of the original LifePod.

> 3 dayThe LifePod 2.0 Special Editions are excellent quality . Bought two more for Christmas gifts. The extras you get like the lid organizer and extra shelf can be very handy. This Amazon Seller, Grab’em Gear, was excellent. Lightning shipment! Great protective packaging .

> 3 dayJust received my LifePod 2.0. My first impression is that it may keep honest people honest. If a bad actor simply takes it, they will easily bust it open or pry it open as it only has a single lock point and, at the end of the day, it is plastic. Vaultek has implemented security where the unit cannot be reprogrammed when locked. It’s fairly well made but don’t expect it to be waterproof. The manual says it should not be submerged in more than 1 foot of water and at best Is resistant to spills and splashes. It’s good when traveling or for transport but certainly is no substitute for a safe or steel lockbox. I’ll probably keep it but you can buy a comparable product for much less. Nothing special about this product.

Greater than one weekI specifically purchased this because I love the Lifepod 1.0, but just wanted a little more room. My travel firearm would be listed as a compact, but still does not fit under the shelf or on top of the shelf with the included foam. I can remove the shelf altogether, but the firearm is bouncing around. If this was for valuables other than what I specifically wanted it for, I believe it would be great. It is plastic, but is watertight and feels constructed well. The keys were inside the box, but there was no security cable. I read similar reviews that it wasnt included, but the Amazon page indicated that it was. The small one came with one, so I have no idea why there would be an extra charge for the bigger one. This one is very quickly heading back to Amazon
