Well, the only thing that makes you buy this game is the fact that comes with the remote. Some games are little boring but I also think that playing them can make you get used to the remote. You start with the basic use of the remote and as you play each one of them (you have to play all games sequentially) the handling of the remote gets harder, but thats one thing youll thank when youre in difficult kind of games. Any case, I recommend it, but just if you need another remote.

Friends said that wed want more Wii remotes -- and by buying this game, wed get some decent games along with the free remote that comes in the package. Overall, its a great deal -- and adds to your collection of Wii games. (The Wii comes with Wii sports; and this package gives you Wii play). Good deal overall! The Wii Play games arent quite as fun as the classics on Wii Sports -- but younger children DO love Wii play.

If you are planning to buy a remote for your Wii, I would recommend buying this package. The game is entertaining, though quickly runs out of content as you play. I dont think Nintendo meant it as a game really, as the play flows through more as a tutorial to using your remote. For an extra ten bucks, it is worth it.

I dont know whats up with people only giving this four stars - come on - youre paying a tiny bit extra to get a fun two player game with your extra Wii remote. Youre going to need more than one Wi-mote anyway so you can enjoy your Wii with more people, so why not add $10 to the cost and get Wii Play with it? The games are not as three dimensional as Wii Sports, but theyre still darn fun in their own right. Some people Ive played with even prefer the Wii Play games to the Wii Sports ones...

We got the Wii Play for our 6 yr. old sons birthday. We also wanted a 2nd remote so this worked well. The kids have fun with all the games. For an adult, they arent as exciting as other Wii games but still fun. My favorites are the cow racing, the shooting range, laser hockey and fishing. Our least favorites are finding Mii and pose Mii. I like that these dont take as much time. Theyre great when you have just a little time to play and you dont want anything too intense. Overall a lot of fun!

Since we were going to buy another wii-mote ($40) anyway, we figured we might as well get one that came with 9 games for just another $10. It was well worth it. The games arent as fun as the Wii Sports but some are very addicting. Our favorites so far are the duck-hunt style shooting game, the cow-racing, and the fishing game. I like the tanks too but it could be improved with more bubble-bobble-like gameplay, letting you re-start at the level you died on. But overall, if youre in the market for another wii remote, youd be hard-pressed to find a better deal.

As most have said they did, we purchased this pack for the controller, figuring that the included games would be worth the $10 extra. They were, but dont expect too much. We love the cow game (its named Charge!, but our family calls it Crocheted Cow). The other games have some playability issues. One example is the billiards game. We had a difficult time using the Wii-mote in the way that is required to play the game. If youre in the market for an extra controller, this could be a decent deal for you.

Wii Play itself is about on par with Wii Sports, but with a wider variety of gameplay. For $10 more than the Wiimote it comes with, its a great deal, and has some truely enjoyable games. At the same time, it is simple enough that everyone in a family would be able to play it. However, 3 of the games appeal almost exclusively to small children, and in my experience Laser Hockey was the only game I found extremely addicting.

After playing Wii Sports I needed to see what the hype was about with Wii Play. I purchased it and I was pleased that it came with an extra controller. I feel like Wii Play is geared towards a younger audience, especially with the fishing and bubble games. Its a great product, but I found myself becoming bored quickly with it. I play Wii Sports way more than Wii Play.

I have two girls - ages 4 and 7. We bought this primarily to get a second controller but the games in WiiPlay are simple, fun and easy to master. I think the main purpose of the games is to teach the user how to use a Wii controller. Once my girls mastered a few of the WiiPlay games, they were able to play other games (ex: Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz) with much more skill and ultimately had more fun. Their favorite games are Find Mii, the shooting gallery, and fishing. Summary: if youre an experienced gamer, skip this bundle. But, if youre a casual gamer just starting out on the Wii and happen to need an extra controller, Id highly recommend getting this package. Youll familiarize yourself with the Wii controller and have fun at the same time.
