Great price. Great functionality. Get one today! Easy to setup and use. You can use the app to create routines to schedule outlet on/off, etc. Also can trigger the outlet on from other Wyze sensor devices, etc. We have several of these and they have consistently worked great.

I bought these smart plugs to replace the timers I had connected to some small decorative lights in several rooms of the house. While the timers did their job, it was a pain in the neck to have to reset them as sunset changed with the seasons. With these smart plugs, I can simply set a schedule to turn them on at sunset, then off at a particular time. You can also set a Rule with additional options if you like. In addition, you can turn them on or off with a click on your phone if desired. So far, very happy with them.

the only negative feature is that it doesn’t work with 5G network.

Very easy setup! The plugs works with my Alexa Echo. Initially connecting to wifi during setup was a little troublesome. But I do not have the fastest wifi speeds. With fast wifi speeds, setup would have been a breeze. Once set up they work great.

This was my second purchase of Wyze plugs. The first were a bit of a pain to set up because I had to go outside to get far enough away from my router so my phone would switch to the 2Ghz channel, since the plugs only support 2Ghz. But this tactic wasnt working for my new plugs. After extensive online searches I realized that I had purchased a new revision of the plug that uses a Bluetooth connection between the phone and the plug during set up. The two versions look nearly identical so I had no idea. So the upshot is that this revision is far superior to the previous. Way easier to set up. But the packaging or instructions could have been more helpful in identifying which version I had. Apart from that minor detail I am very happy with these plugs. Theyre inexpensive yet reliable. I would buy again. I link them with Google Home but no reason to think they wont also work flawlessly with Alexa.

This is a GREAT product. Just buy it. FIVE STARS! A great compliment to home security. Can make you look like your home when you’re not through automated “vacation mode” light controls. And much more. Originally I gave it a one star review bc the plug kept dropping off wifi connection. Basically making the plug not an ideal choice for home security. However, there was an OTA firmware update two weeks ago. Since then, none of my plugs have dropped off wifi. Very stable now. Plugs work great now. AMAZING product. Thanks Wyze! p.s. below was my original one star review for context ******** I am a loyal Wyze customer. I have many of their products in my house from cameras, outdoor floodlights, plugs, etc. In total, about 17 wyze products in my home. Many of my Wyze products are GREAT. So it pains me to have to write a negative review on their smart plug. These smart plugs have a huge flaw - they randomly disconnect from their wifi connection. And their is no way to reestablish the wifi connection unless you are physically next to the plug and have to do a hard physical restart. The plug is incapable of reestablishing wifi connection automatically. And you can not prompt it to do so remotely via the app on your smartphone. Since most people will use this plug to control lights when they are away for security reasons (vacation, coming home late from work, etc), this random wifi drop problem makes it a terrible choice as part of a home security setup. Went on two vacations recently. Both over a week long. A few days into each vacation, my app started showing a few of my plugs as “off line”. Basically you can’t control them remotely and they are no long working. Basically your home security with lights going on and off at night is gone. I’ve spoke to customer service many times on this issue. I’ve done it all - hard resents, turning off 5ghz on router so plug can connect to 2.4ghz, erase/reinstall app, etc. Nothing works. When you google this issue, there’s a lot of people out there experiencing the same thing with this plug. Wyze has openly stated they are aware of the issue and have sent firmware updates to fix it. Firmware update have been sent, but the issue is not fixed. This is the first negative Amazon review I have ever written. I hope Wyze reads this and understands that loyal customers of Wyze are super frustrated over this issue. PLEASE FIX THIS. It’s my hope that you can fix this asap. And then I can turn this one star review into a five star! Thank you

Works exactly as expected. Works well with Google Home (most of the time) and Wyze app and Wyze automation.

I had two hooked up and they worked fine but within 3 months one of the units began to work intemittently and began to cycle on and off on its own. And after going to the Wyze site, theyre policy is if you didnt purchase from their web site, they wouldnt process any returns. And of course Amazon says you have to contact the manufacturer to process the return after their grace period. Not a good way to get repeat customers of any worthy reviews!!!!!!!
