> 3 dayI started out using YoLink water sensors September 2020 (4 sensors w/ hub). Installed them in my finished basement and laundry and didnt really give them much thought until I received my first notification/alert, I was doubtful but immediately went to check and low and behold, I had a slow leak in a slop sink. These sensors saved me from a HUGE headache. I went and bought another 4 pack and have these sensors EVERYWHERE. Now that I have the water issues under control, I have started to work on humidity & temperature in my home with their sensors. Temp & humidity sensors are just as easy and accurate! These are great products and I look forward to what new products will be released next.

> 3 dayThese are a little complicated (for a simple mind like mine) to set up and get connected but overall, I like them and have ordered a couple more sensors since.

> 3 dayI confused two products that I bought. Check my Govee review for this YoLink item. I blame Amazon for not having the product brand name on the items to review page … and the icon photos are extremely small! Amazon gets a 2 star on that “service”

> 3 dayI have been using home automation products for several years but I never found a good solution to monitor fridge and freezer temps. We have 4 freezers and I have purchased one of the smart wireless temperature sensors for each. I have found these to be reliable and its great that you can set up alerts in the YoLink app to send a message to your mobile device as well as sound an alert on the hub when it goes out of range. It doesnt update continuously more like every couple minutes or degrees of change so it gives you time to put away groceries without driving you crazy but if you accidentally leave a door slightly open it notifies you quick enough that you cant drive too far away when leaving the house before you are notified.

> 3 dayI had a need to monitor 2 refrigerators and 1 new upright freezer. These fit the bill perfectly and at a great price as I purchased 3 of them. My first foray into LoRa technology, Im happy I chose these as I can view temp/humidity levels in all 3 units on my phone, and get alerts if they are out of a range I set for each device. As far as accuracy, I cannot report as I do not have a NIST-traceable standard in which to compare. As far as precision, the fact they are in close agreement speaks to that (see photo). Primary down side to these devices is that you need another app on your smart phone to view. Bottom line: Very good value and I would/will continue to buy as the need arises. Update: May, 2023 After a year using 3 of these, I can say with complete confidence that they are BULLETPROOF. They have been reliably monitoring 3 appliances with perfect continuity, reporting and alerting. I think the hub and LoRa technology makes all the difference as the handful of cheap WiFi smart thermometers keep dropping off the network and overall, just frustrating to use. The YoLink devices never drop out and I have confidence that I can monitor my appliances (and soon a room) while Im traveling. Im buying another today and perhaps more later. You cannot go wrong with the YoLink system.

> 3 dayThe Yolink temperature sensor is essential in promptly detecting temperature excursions in any location. We use one on the refrigerator, and one in the freezer. While these sensors do not integrate with Alexa, the Yolnik app can be programmed to send email and text messages when temperature limits are exceeded.

> 3 dayI was very surprised how easy this was to set up. It worked in honestly about 2 minutes. The long battery life is a huge plus, and its quite accurate after testing it against known conditions. About 10 minutes after opening the box Id already bought more. My only VERY small complaint is no dark-mode in the App. This works great with Google assistant. I use it so I can ask what the temp is outside and get a real answer, not one for my area code. It integrates into IFTTT quite nicely. The temperature sensors are -not- wifi connected, to be clear. The hub takes Ethernet or links to Wi-Fi, but, the sensors dont.

Greater than one weekTemperature device works great. However, I have my existing THERMOSTAT set to reduce the temperature to 71 degrees Fahrenheit ONLY during sleeping time at night. So I would need to have EITHER 2 different TIMES OF THE DAY and TWO different Temperature settings; One for the day time when I dont need that room at 71 degrees Fahrenheit and one for sleeping time at night when I DO keep the bedroom at 71 deg.fah. Currently I have the Alarm setting giving me a warning every hour of the day...annoying unless I manually turn the Alarm OFF during the day an back on again during the night. But that kind of defeats the purpose of automation.
