Greater than one weekI ordered an additional temperature sensor as I have a few already and I am happy with them. I also have some water leak sensors. I was having a little trouble setting it up and contacted customer service and they walked me through it as they always do -I am very happy with the product and the service!

> 3 dayMy wife was complaining that the temperature measurement reported by alexa was off. So I moved the sensor to the thermostat to see the difference and the temperature did not change. So I checked yolink app only to see that all devices were reported offline. Two door sensor, three temperature sensors, two garage door sensors, a water spill sensor, and the hub. Well, must be the hub, I thought, so I rebooted it. The hub and one temperature sensor came back. All the rest are still not reporting... UPDATE: So all the devices slowly updated themselves with yolink hub. My fault was that I did not check in the app to be alarmed when yolink hub goes offline. Now it is ON. A bit disturbing that the hub can go bizzerk while I am away and I can do nothing because it requires hard reboot. Otherwise all these units work good and I am glad I bought them. I wish they had more features.

> 3 dayTemperature device works great. However, I have my existing THERMOSTAT set to reduce the temperature to 71 degrees Fahrenheit ONLY during sleeping time at night. So I would need to have EITHER 2 different TIMES OF THE DAY and TWO different Temperature settings; One for the day time when I dont need that room at 71 degrees Fahrenheit and one for sleeping time at night when I DO keep the bedroom at 71 deg.fah. Currently I have the Alarm setting giving me a warning every hour of the day...annoying unless I manually turn the Alarm OFF during the day an back on again during the night. But that kind of defeats the purpose of automation.

> 3 dayThis sensor is affordable, easy to set up an has a incredibly long range including excellent wall and freezer door penetration. Customer service is quick and helpful. I have only one issue, which they have said they will fix in an upcoming release, which is that the alarm can not be used in a freezer scenario. As you see in the photo, all freezers are below temp threshold, so they would alarm continuously. They are reducing the lower limit to address this soon. In the future I hope they offer an even lower cost version without the LCD display which is very nice but useless when inside a freezer or other place I can’t see... I look forward to testing their other sensors soon.

Greater than one weekThe base unit and temp/humidity sensor were quick and easy to set-up . The creation of automations is not easy. The difference between an alarm and alert is unknown to me still. This needs to be explained better and the automations need to be much easier to understand and set-up.

Greater than one weekI had a need to monitor 2 refrigerators and 1 new upright freezer. These fit the bill perfectly and at a great price as I purchased 3 of them. My first foray into LoRa technology, Im happy I chose these as I can view temp/humidity levels in all 3 units on my phone, and get alerts if they are out of a range I set for each device. As far as accuracy, I cannot report as I do not have a NIST-traceable standard in which to compare. As far as precision, the fact they are in close agreement speaks to that (see photo). Primary down side to these devices is that you need another app on your smart phone to view. Bottom line: Very good value and I would/will continue to buy as the need arises. Update: May, 2023 After a year using 3 of these, I can say with complete confidence that they are BULLETPROOF. They have been reliably monitoring 3 appliances with perfect continuity, reporting and alerting. I think the hub and LoRa technology makes all the difference as the handful of cheap WiFi smart thermometers keep dropping off the network and overall, just frustrating to use. The YoLink devices never drop out and I have confidence that I can monitor my appliances (and soon a room) while Im traveling. Im buying another today and perhaps more later. You cannot go wrong with the YoLink system.
