> 3 dayThe device seems to work well in its app and is pretty accurate compared to other thermometers. I am having problems with Alexa integration and plan to call tech support later today. It shows up on the Alexa app and Alexa can tell me the temp if I ask. The problem Im having is that its not showing up under Smart home in the Alexa app so I cant setup a routine.

03-06-2025Well worth the money I paid, the health inspector loves this system. I can monitor my temps, get alerts or turn them off, I can look at history and see the refrigeration cycles and consistency of the units. Ive caught problems before they destroyed product twice now by just paying attention to patterns.

> 3 dayI confused two products that I bought. Check my Govee review for this YoLink item. I blame Amazon for not having the product brand name on the items to review page … and the icon photos are extremely small! Amazon gets a 2 star on that “service”

> 3 dayThis device saved me a lot of grief. I put it in the refrigerator and discovered the temperature was going up into the 40’s overnight. The digital fridge temp always said it was 37, so I wouldn’t have know there was an issue until the fridge conked out. I got the fridge fixed before it was a huge hassle. This device is worth every penny!

> 3 dayI stumbled upon YoLink while searching on the internet for separate smart temperature and smart humidity sensors for several automation projects in my home, so I was excited to find they have a temperature/humidity sensor (in a single unit). As an electronics and home automation enthusiast, I have since been adding them all over my home. Here are a couple pictures, and here are some applications Ive tried out or will be implementing in my home: Automating control of exhaust fan in bathroom - turn on fan before the room steams up during a shower/bath Keeping an eye on a fridge on its last leg Monitoring the temp and humidity of a bearded dragon tank. Both are very important. I also have automations to turn the heat lamp on if it gets too cold. My daughter, its her pet, has the app installed and receives notifications of problems with the temp or humidity. I also have a general tank light on a smart plug, on a schedule. I am going to be installing a whole house fan soon, and I want to use these, in most rooms of the house, to slow or turn off the fan, as well as to control ceiling fans in the bedrooms (to turn them down or off as it starts to get too cold at night, with the WHF running all night, otherwise). The ceiling fans are on Lutron Caseta switches, but the Alexa and IFTTT.com integration allows for automations that include multiple brands. Very flexible! I can see additional uses for this, keeping an eye on a wine cellar, a leaky basement (in conjunction with their Water Sensor), an unoccupied property or building or room subject to damage from freezing, extreme heat or humidity (and mold and other resulting issues). Thats a great price, too. Which is good, because I plan to get more of them!

> 3 dayI use several YoLink sensors to monitor for leaks and these for monitoring our refrigerators while we are traveling. I can check the condition of things around the house from anywhere on my phone. Gives me piece of mind along with my security cameras.

> 3 dayI was very surprised how easy this was to set up. It worked in honestly about 2 minutes. The long battery life is a huge plus, and its quite accurate after testing it against known conditions. About 10 minutes after opening the box Id already bought more. My only VERY small complaint is no dark-mode in the App. This works great with Google assistant. I use it so I can ask what the temp is outside and get a real answer, not one for my area code. It integrates into IFTTT quite nicely. The temperature sensors are -not- wifi connected, to be clear. The hub takes Ethernet or links to Wi-Fi, but, the sensors dont.

> 3 dayI am using this product to monitor the temperature in my chicken coop. I really only care about cold temperature to prevent frozen pollo. I was able to set up a cold temperature alert that goes to my phone. There is no history though, in that if you lose WiFi to the device it registers no temperature until your WiFi is back. I thought it would record the temperature at the sensor and update the app when it came back online. It is great for the price. It only updates in hour intervals so if you want to monitor something more often I would suggest another product or possibly another app could poll the sensor more frequently.

> 3 dayThese temp/humidity sensors took the place of my old Acurite hydrometers/thermometers. They were more accurate and now I have alerting through Yolink. Absolutely no issues with connection or distance. Have one in my gun safe too and the signal is very strong.
