> 3 dayI like everything about this cooling fan. Adjustable fan speed, the auto on-off feature, and even the fact that you can turn off the fan indicator light. Great value, would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayUsing this with a Denon AVR-3600H that had been overheating due to me putting a speaker selector switch on top of it, but with this in between it is able to properly cool my receiver perfectly. At max fan speed its a bit loud, but most of the time it runs at 1/4 the speed which is almost inaudible during music and movies.

> 3 dayQuality product, but a bit on the expensive side. I would buy the product again. It fits my AV receiver form factor quite well.

> 3 dayInstalled this on top if my Denon arv in my small media cabinet. I have a temp sensor inside the cabinet as well(labeled kitchen as I never changed the name of the sensor) to monitor temp as to not overheat the components. The results were immediate. That morning I watched a few movies, delivery came on Sunday with the aircom S8. After installation and setup I snapshot what the sensor read, it is a wifi sensor that runs to my phone. The results were more than what I expected. I used the smart cool(or whatever they call it) feature out of the box and within an hour or so the temp leveled off to room temp, plus whatever heat the components give off in the cabinet. During movies the fans move from; off, 1,2,3,4 speed. Out of the box on smart cool it was running at 4. Moving some serious heat away from the Denon. As time went on it stabilized the temp and wandered between off, 1 and 2, cannot hear the thing run at 2 even with no doors on the cabinet. All said well worth the insurance. Definitely, I will buy again without hesitation.

> 3 dayDont have a whole lot of space between my amps and pre-amps. Rack is alittle cramped. Placed it on top of the amp and it pulls cool air in front and blows hot out the back...keeping both cool to the touch. Did i mention that its thin...oh yah baby and its quite too

Greater than one weekIf your receiver sits in an enclosed cabinet with limited circulation, this fan will keep it cool whenever heat begins to build up. My cabinet’s vent is behind the receiver so I bought the S8 for rear discharge of heat. Be sure to know where your cabinet or enclosure vent is located so you can select the correct model. This thing comes on automatically when certain temperature is reached and has an indicator showing how much speed the fan is turning while extracting heat.
