AC Infinity AIRCOM S8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

This product is great. Not many TV cabinets provide the clearance space needed for receivers or other equipment. The slim profile of this fan, and the rear exhaust feature, perfectly met my need. The variable fan speed based on temperature (smart mode) is a really good feature. And the ability to turn off the fan indicator light is a nice touch. On the highest fan speed, it can be a bit noisy, but thats expected; so far smart mode has not had to go much beyond 1/2 maximum speed.

It works as advertised.

My entertainment console is compact and has maybe .5in vertical space to fit my receiver. Knowing that ventilation was going to be a problem I originally planned to rig up some CPU fans to keep things cool, but then I saw this. So I cut holes (when the wife wasnt looking) in the top of the console to correspond to the Aircoms fans, placed the Aircom on top, and set it to automatically cool. So far it has worked really well- the thermostat automatically turns the unit on and off correctly- and there is almost no heat buildup. At the slowest setting, which I use, the sound is very quiet and is unnoticeable when watching/listening to something. This thing looks like a DVD player and appears right at home on the console. It is sturdy too, I would have no problems stacking other heavy equipment on top.

This is a fabulous product that is a must have for home theater products. I have purchase two of these cooling units for my AVRs and they make a difference in cooling down the units. They will extend the life of the product and helps out performance. Home theater products get really hot so the cooling units are an essential part of the set up. I have recommended these products to all of Best Buy Magnolia personnel I shop with to let their customers know about these great products. So glad I was able to find such a great product.

Recently hooked my ONKYO receiver and speakers to my computer. Great sound but it gets really hot. This product cools it down quite nicely and I am not afraid to leave it on for long periods of time.

Fits perfect

AC Infinity Aircom S8 and AC Cloudplate T1-N used to cool a Yamaha TSR-7850 Natural Sound AV Receiver mounted in a rack. The S8 draws in air from the top of the receiver and vents out the rear. The T1-N draws in room temperature air from the front and vents it into the bottom of the receiver through a Pyle vented shelf that holds the receiver.

This product works well. Its very quiet and it turns on and off automatically.

The aircom s8 arrived just in time for the Mayweather fight last night. Set it up on top of my pioneer receiver which powers 4 high watt outside speakers. Volume was almost maxed out on the receiver as we had 30 friends over. The aircom was amazing! My receiver didnt even get warm let alone hot. I highly recommend this product!

Fits nicely on top of the Kenwood AV amp and keeps at cool at 1/2 speed. Enabled removal of old Heath-Robinson amateur set up. Very please. Had to order from USA as not available in UK (shame) but no complaints about the only 3 day delivery time
