> 3 dayAC Infinity Aircom S8 and AC Cloudplate T1-N used to cool a Yamaha TSR-7850 Natural Sound AV Receiver mounted in a rack. The S8 draws in air from the top of the receiver and vents out the rear. The T1-N draws in room temperature air from the front and vents it into the bottom of the receiver through a Pyle vented shelf that holds the receiver.

> 3 dayI just spent a small fortune on my first home theater. At the end of our first family movie night in the theater the receiver was so hot I could not even touch it. So I did some research and decided to purchase the Aircom S8 to cool the system.

> 3 dayI had used a cheap cooling fan for my AVR and wanted to get something more substantial. I have a 19 rack mounted through the wall into my dedicated home theater, with the back opening up into a storage room. The rear exhaust model was just what I needed.

> 3 dayI am using this in a small, enclosed cabinet. It sits on top of an Onkyo TX-NR809 receiver. I did make a cutout in the back of the cabinet so the Aircom could exhaust the heat properly.

> 3 dayI purchased the S8 to cool my new Marantz SR7011. (My Onkyo burned out the hdmi board from excessive heat) It looks great and matches the profile of the Marantz perfectly, I set the system to auto and closed the door to the rear vented cabinet, it took a few minutes and the fan was on full. I could hear it during quiet passages of the movie or tv program. Tested with sound meter and at 12 ft. it averaged 39dB, not very quiet. I had to reduce the fan speed to a maximum of two or it was too loud. Even at the fan speed of two it keeps the receiver cool and is barely audible.
