AC Infinity AIRCOM S8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

use this on my denon receiver, works great. the non display and fine tuning is of no concern to me on the T series. I have this set too 3 speeds, smart or something like that. speed 3 at 88, 2 at 86 and 1 at 84. good enough and does its job perfectly. Very heavy solid piece and excellent packaging. Glad I purchased the S series, and should have done it long ago.

Works great and fits in Cabinet

Works. Really well at that. Was initially looking at installing fans in the sides of the cabinet but ended up not needing them when this was in-place. Simply moving the air around was enough to cool the cabinet by several degrees.

This is exactly what I needed to cool the new Denon AVR. The highest 2 settings, you can hear the fans from about 8 feet away when the movie sound drops down. I like to set it on Auto with fan speeds at half and the AVR never feels hot. Glad I made this purchase.

Well-made product. Seems to be thoughtfully engineered, performs quietly and efficiently. Like the options for automated temperature control.

The Aircom S8 is very quiet, I never run my receiver at high volumes so the S8 fans never run the fastest anyway.

Lo tengo trabajando sobre una Yamaha Adventage RX A2080. Bien construido, silencioso, eficiente, lo uso en la primer velocidad como muestra la foto. El valor 79 dólares es realmente bajo desde el punto de vista calidad. Si te preocupa la luz led blanca se puede quitar, las indicaciones están sobre la cubierta superior, donde muy atinadamente están todas las formas de como usarlo a tu gusto o necesidad. Por último menciono que evita que el polvo penetre con tanta facilidad a los aparatos con las rejillas abiertas como los teatros en casa o amplificadores de potencia.

I know the spec says 24 dB but this S8 is way noisier than the S6 I already own. I was adding the S8 to a new component. It makes so much noise I can hear is when either music or TV sound is playing. I returned it.

If the fan is on high it is too loud ,but if it is on low you can’t hear it and it works well.

Im giving this unit 2 stars because theres no indicator if theres a bad fan. All units from all companies should have this feature. If Im going to buy something to extend/protect the life of my very expensive receiver, I want to know when a unit thats 1.5 in height and 17 in width that fits over the top of my entire receiver to tell me when a fan or fans have failed. If you dont know a fan or fans have blown, youll know it when your receiver does due to lack of an indicator.
