AC Infinity AIRCOM S8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

I love the aircom S8 and it works perfect for my onkyo TX-SR703 and keeps it cool and I use The auto mode function and it works great and very well made product and highly recommended!!

Does a good job of cooling and the automation of temperature control handles the job effectively. There is a little too much fan noise at level 3 and you would never want to run the fans at full speed. I currently have my receiver out of the cabinet for testing purposes, if it were in the cabinet, I wouldnt be as aware of the noise, but I am sure the db rating provided in the specs is for the lowest setting. The fans in my computer are quieter than these, so I will investigate a fan replacement. Additional benefit to the system is to form a skirt around the perimeter of the unit using foam weather strip. This reduced the leak-around of air and pulled more air through the receiver while reducing the sound somewhate.

I bought this to put on top of my Marantz AVR which was getting very hot even though I use a separate amplifier for the front channels. It works very well at keeping the AVR nice and cool. The only things I don’t like is that the ambient air temp in the room can trigger it to turn on when it’s in the 70s with everything else turned off and the unit doesn’t sit perfectly flat and it wobbles a little. The unit seems to be bent ever so slightly and the power adapter is a bit too long and won’t fit in my other switched outlet. It’s great otherwise.

I have two of these fans one for my Denon receiver and one for my outlaw amp both remain cool at all times. Fans are very quiet and extremely efficient.

My Denon AVRs seem to run hot. This helps a lot.

This blower fan is simply awesome. It keeps my AV receiver cool even when im pushing it to the limits.

Where has this product been all my life?!! It completely tames the heat buildup in my A/V equipment cabinet. I used to leave the door ajar to prevent the 5-channel amp from over-heating and that allowed dust to eventually build up inside the cabinet. Now I can leave the door closed while the built-in ventilation system in combination with this product keeps everything cool and clean!

Good quality, overall. Buttons to control temp and fan speed small and of OK quality, chassis and frame nice and feels solid.
