> 3 dayI learned about AC Infinity through a couple of YouTube content creators talking about two different AC Infinity products - ventilation grills and AV rack cooling products - so after looking at the AC Infinity website to find the best solution for my problem I ordered the Aircom S8 from Amazon. I was using a broken CD player in my stack of components to shield my DVD player from the AV receivers heat that otherwise caused my DVD device to malfunction and my receiver to overheat. The S8 is an excellent design that seems well-engineered - even the packaging is great. Now my receiver runs cool even under load. My DVD player isnt hot at all either and I can soon get my broken devices in the hands of an earth-friendly recycler. Set up using the recommendations in the S8 manual, the Aircom S8 is inaudible. The very bright fan speed indicator ring can be set - read the manual, people - so that it only illuminates briefly for a fan speed change. I have my fans set to the lowest speed which silently keeps everything nice and cool. I highly recommend AC Infinity and the Aircom S8!

> 3 dayMy new AVR top had only about 4 inches of clearance from the next shelf. I measured the top of my receiver before I bought the S8 cooler and it ran above 110 degrees Fahrenheit most of the time. After I bought and installed the S8 the top of the receiver is around 82 degrees Fahrenheit. I used a Fluke infrared thermometer to read the temperatures. Im quite satisfied with this cooling unit and would recommend it.

> 3 dayWhere has this product been all my life?!! It completely tames the heat buildup in my A/V equipment cabinet. I used to leave the door ajar to prevent the 5-channel amp from over-heating and that allowed dust to eventually build up inside the cabinet. Now I can leave the door closed while the built-in ventilation system in combination with this product keeps everything cool and clean!

> 3 dayIf the fan is on high it is too loud ,but if it is on low you can’t hear it and it works well.

> 3 dayFits nicely on top of the Kenwood AV amp and keeps at cool at 1/2 speed. Enabled removal of old Heath-Robinson amateur set up. Very please. Had to order from USA as not available in UK (shame) but no complaints about the only 3 day delivery time

Greater than one weekI installed a T3 exhaust fan years ago when I noticed my AV cabinet was super hot (like an oven!) due to the Xbox. I drilled 1” holes in the bottom of it and installed that unit. I bought a basic MERV 8 dust filter that could be cut to size and stapled it to the bottom to keep it from drawing dust into the cabinet and replaced the back cardboard of the cabinet with a piece of 1-2” plywood.

> 3 dayI have a Denon 3700H avr and it ran hot as a pancake until I bought this cooler. All my electronics run in an unenclosed rack and this unit sits atop the Denon and exhausts out the back. Had I not found this cooler I was prepared to return the Denon - despite my really liking it. Apparently, from what Ive read about these Denon avrs, running hot is an issue with them. I play movies loud and this cooler works perfectly. Highly recommended.
