If you intend to attempt to change the OS on this know you cant. Microsoft paid the BIOS maker to lock the BIOS so you get windows 11 and no chance to change it. The OS is so large because microsoft just builds on top of the last OS instead of starting fresh. So it has all the same underwhelming errors and random restarts. I changed too many settings to try to make it more private and I got a blue screen and had to reinstall the OS. Oh, if you know anything about computers and networks youll recognize this as dead head PC. That is why you must log on to an email every time. You are now fully locked into microsoft at all times. This is never your machine. It is fully microsofts data mining tool. I would return but I was optimistic at first and took all the stickers off of it. So if you do change the hard drive Im not sure how you will get an Operating System back on it.

Bought as a Christmas gift. My son loves it. Easy to use. Lightweight.

Easy and versatile type of computer.

My ASUS began having problems (slow, etc.) as the latest updates from MS were automatically installed. MSs way of pushing me into windows 11, which is not capable of being supported by ASUS architecture? I still use the ASUS for my legacy scanners, video equipment, apps, etc.. But, I am happy with the ACER.

I love this laptop, it is durable, has a great image quality, and what I paid for it is well worth it. I actually got it on sale for less than $300. I havent had a problem with it at all.

Tried to charge over 2 days. Never charged over 34%. Not impressed. Returning this eeek. Will keep shopping for laptop.

I seriously like this laptop! affordable and it feels solid. the only thing I didnt like is the USB-C couldnt do a video out. everything else is top notch
