Excelente laptop, sin embargo la descripción dice que trae teclado retro iluminado y no es cierto el laptop vino sin dicha característica

Since receiving item on 2/5/23, have needed to repair due to power failure - battery does not seem to charge - am now in midst of second failure and have to take to repair shop. Cant believe this is NEW and maybe it is not. Can only describe this as Junk.

Received my laptop yesterday and it is very nice, easy to set up. Very big! Only this morning did I notice the trackpad is off center from both the screen and the keyboard. Not even centered under the space bar. … Transitioning from a more rational design where things are centered makes it difficult not to continually right-click. Yes, this design is clearly visible in the pictures, I just didn’t notice. If this is a deal breaker for you, now you might notice! As for me, I’m sure I will adapt in a few days.

The laptop has a very bad battery and very noisy ventilation.Even without loads it is noisy.The battery lasts for 2-2.30 hours watching video.On another model with Rysen,it works 5-6 hours and does not make noise.In addition,here the ventilation goes directly into the screen.Absolutely useless.I do not recommend this model

This laptop is a good quality for the price and the picture is good. The sound is not as good as a high end laptop but most people use headphones anyways. I really like that the keys have a grip type coding on them. My work laptop that is four times the price does not have this and I wish it did.

Added a larger SSD storage and 4GB more RAM. Could not be happier with this laptop for the price. Picture quality is great. Much better than expected for a laptop in this price range.

Una Laptop con diseño elegante y caracteristicas decentes, ideal para trabajo de oficina como es mi caso, tambien la puedes usar para colegio o universidad, siempre y cuando no sea para juegos o diseño grafico, para esos casos hay mejores laptop pero mucho mas caras.

This laptop performs as It should. I wish it had more memory.
