The evaluation copy of Windows 11 from windows insider review keeps shutting off the mouse. Lets not do that, okay? ITS A GREAT BIG PAIN AND INCONVENIENCE. Im seriously thinking of installing Linux. The machine itself is a decent basic unit for the price. The casing is not so easy to open. Nothing to grab onto. Im guessing Windows 11 is what slows everything. In my opinion, Windows 11 is another piece of junk from Microsoft. The earlier version of the machine I owned was also made by Acer running Windows 7 (a rare and beautiful achievement by Microsoft). I bought it used in 2014 and it was already ten years old. It still works.

So everything went well upon the start of using laptop. Start-up and wifi connection was good. I was very pleased with how easily the keys responded to touch especially the on/off button, it doesnt need to be held down for seconds to turn it on/off. Browsing was a breeze for me also, 24 windows open and no problems. I tend to keep my regular used sites open for ease. No problems there. Caps and Num lock does not light up to show when off/on.

Horrible laptop - DO NOT BUY. About to send in for its 3rd repair after only having it for 2 months.

Amazing price at SGD$336 including shipping during Black Friday Sales. No GST charged. Good specifications such as i3. This laptop has extra Sata and Ram slots, easy to open casing for installation of HDD/SSD and Ram upgrades. Keyboard is not lighted. Casing a bit filmsy.

Only complaint is lack of indication when caps lock or num lock are turned on/off. Otherwise, turning off S mode and then a little routine update & maintenance makes for a snappy system.

This product was great as far as quality and appearance but with it being in S mode it is very hard for a child to do homeschool work on it. Once taken out of S mode, you still can’t open applications or go to certain websites. This can be a bit frustrating for someone who isn’t familiar with computers.

I bought this product because of the brand new description, but the didnt come in its original box and even the charger is an off brand. The laptop is not touch screen. Ive had it for 1 week and it had a software update that took 4hour with the screen stuck at 100% update done. I wouldnt recommend it at all, Im returning it.

I love my Acer Chromebook. I bought it for online college and gaming. The color is so vivid and perfect; the picture crystal clear and the sound is Dolby Sound. I am extremely happy with this product and the cost was only $229.00.
