This is a decent laptop. It does what I need it to do. I wish it had a backlit keyboard. The one thing I really dislike is that the Caps Lock key does not have any indicator that it is turned on. Its very frustrating when you are trying to enter a password with both lowercase and uppercase letters because if there is no option to actually see what you are typing and you just see dots when entering it, the only way to find out if the Caps Lock is on or off is to type in some area where you can see what you are typing. Really strange not to have any indicator showing whether its on or off, dumb actually. But that is my main complaint. I like having the 10-key numbers on the keyboard. Overall it was a good buy. SERIOUSLY.

Surfing the internet, emailing. So much faster than my old computer. All still pretty new to me.

My dad can’t stay off it. It’s so nice and thin that he takes it everywhere. Screen quality is excellent that can see every tab clearly. I would definitely buy one myself or add it on to my birthday or Christmas wishlist for my own personal use.

This laptop is defective upon received. It wont charge. This was my second Acer aspire 5. The first one died after 6 months (the motherboard failed). Not recommended.

It was ok while it lasted. I picked up and opened it earlier. The laptop was very hot on the bottom. It was on its side, so the vent was not blocked. It did not turn on. Ive tried everything and it is dead. Ill try it again after it cools down, but if you need a reliable laptop, this may not be it.

3rd time buying this laptop and its awful keeps freezing up and its not as fast its suppose to be not buying anymore electronics on amazon anyone was hoping it would be good ha ha its not !!!!

The first one we got, the power supply would get so hot the thermal interlock would get triggered and it would shut down, also the computer would not stay connected to 5G wifi. Sent it back.
