I had problems with this model, it would not fully charge, I sent it back for a replacement and encountered the same problem, so I do not recommend this computer

NO BELLS AND WHISTLES JUST BASIC. AND THE TROUBLE I HAVE GONE THROUGH TO ADD GOOGLE CHROME IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. I AM PROBABLY SENDING THS BACK AND PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR A MORE BASIC LAPTOP WITH THE FUNCTIONS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED FROM THIS BRAND. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS LAPTOP,JUST LOOK A LITTLE DEEPER AND FIND A MORE USABLE PRODUCT. THS WAS A FAIL FOR ME.

Overall good value/performance - I mostly surf - but they tried to much with the keyboard. The keys are very tight and the keyboard itself is too wide.

This screen is not a touch screen and doesnt have a back light as described. Falsely advertised. Should be reported to Amazon!!!! I called Acer the functions do not exist on the laptop they sent me! Buyer beware, the photo in not the laptop youll get. Buy with caution!

I just got this after my Dell broke. Acers in the past have been really good, but with this one, the fan is running most of the time. I just watch a movie and the fan gets loud. I called support, and they told me this is normal and shouldnt affect performance, but Im worried its going to wear out. It also gets glitchy when the power is low or theres an update needed. Even though its the same processor as my dell.

Well had this since Feb 15, it is March 10, screen has gone crazy, pink and weird lines. I havent done anything to it. I had it on shut it off, when I went to use it again, the screen was a total mess. Last computer I purchase from Amazon. They say the only return policy is dead on arrival. So guess they expect it to only last a short time. Im so upset.

I bought this laptop in July 2023 (or so) & have been using it daily ever since. I can tell its not top of the line, but I didnt pay top of the line either & it does what I need it to do.
