What a piece of crap, wont charge. Acer needs a 10 days to send out new charger, might not fix the problem. NEVER BUYING AN ACER AGAIN. Also window s mode is a bunch of crap. Dont buy this. Amazon this is a problem.

Computer looks decent, but have had issues almost since I first got it. It connects to the internet, I can search etc., but when I try to login to any accounts it says the website cant be reached. I have called to troubleshoot over 5 times, but it continues to happen and now I have to send it in leaving me without a computer for at least 1.5 weeks while doing online classes.

Bought this to take notes and do videos for a college course. Its working well, and lasts 2-3 classes (1/week) before I have to plug it in at home to recharge. All my old laptops were very old or cracked screen, so had to buy a new one as it was required for the class. It is doing well with all the documents and videos I have to use.

I purchased this for my daughter. It does very well for her needs, which is basically Roblox and Snapchat. I helped her set it up and was never frustrated by random freezes or slow downs, but thats also why I dont buy less than an i3 processor. The only problem ever encountered was her mouse (external with USB dongle) stopped working once. I found the USB controller had shut down due to an error. I just disabled it and re-enabled it and it worked fine. It worked fine after an update. I would buy this again.
