It’s no many glitches and resents for Bluetooth

Windows 11 is terrible with continuous ads popping up which interferes with what I am trying to do. S mode is a great hinderance to loading needed apps. getting machine to work with printers is a herculean task. It would keep saying the printer is offline or shut down when it wasnt. Then it might work for one day before starting the nonsense over. Finally the the mouse function as well as the scroll function ceased to operate. So the machine is locked up on the last page of you tube I was viewing. The latter problem appeared two days after the return window closed. Piece of junk on all counts.

I use this to play Stardew and Sims 4. It wont allow for a lot of mods, but is mostly good. Great for web surfing, video chatting, and light gaming.

cannot handle a lot of energy or power usage; cannot handle work + Skype for example at the same time :( very disappointing as computer is 2 months new

Very nice computer and extremely fast

It was ok while it lasted. I picked up and opened it earlier. The laptop was very hot on the bottom. It was on its side, so the vent was not blocked. It did not turn on. Ive tried everything and it is dead. Ill try it again after it cools down, but if you need a reliable laptop, this may not be it.

The product was sealed and original

No real problems/issues so far but it is Microsoft so I am not holding my breath.

The cursor constantly disappears from the screen, and I have to wiggle the mouse to get it back. The monitor dulls down without my adjusting it for sun, so that I can barely see anything. I have to regularly reboot the entire system because the mouse and/or camera stops working (it does work again after I reboot). I do nothing on this laptop other than word processing and internet research. To say this sucks is a compliment. I will never again buy this brand.
