I dont game, nor do I use it on battery only. Yes, the weight is decent. It is quick to turn on and functions well. I use it with an added keyboard.

Laptop slid off my lap from the couch to the carpeted floor and would not turn on again.

6 months of light use and it died!!

This laptop has never ever worked right once and because we ordered it as a gift we missed the return window. The manufacturer does not offer any assistance whatsoever. Weve spent 3 months with this computer trying to get it to even login and it hasnt worked yet. Acer blames Microsoft for a bad OS install and Microsoft blames the computer. Its an endless battle and were supposed to just eat it. Will never ever in my life order another Acer product after receiving the support we have on our brand new, non functioning laptop.

I bought this for work, just to run zoom and Microsoft office. The sound quality was so awful I couldn’t hear clients on zoom, which made me look so unprofessional. I definitely would not buy this laptop if you need any sort of quality of sound other than inability to hear anything… I’m actually going to return this laptop, and I rarely if ever return products.

Value for the money.

I had a dell so slow that I would turn it on and have to wait 30 minutes and it might be done thinking to use it. This Acer, I turn it on, do my work and done. It’s fast, easy and I really like it

Had a zoom meeting earlier this past week and the audio quality was not good.

The setup went smoothly. Its update didnt take long which surprised me. It turns on very quickly with full functionality. The backlit keyboard is helpful when the room is a bit dark.

East to use and lightweight.
