Lovely laptop. Does the job well.

Very nice computer and extremely fast

The product I received worked but the back panel was damaged. The shipping box wasn’t damaged and neither was the product box. There is two big cracks i the back panel and a dent.

The computer works great however the USB ports do not work. Computer does not detect devices plugged into ports.

This I thought have webcam in it until I run zoom and I can’t connected even it shows the cut out for webcam. Crappy is this laptop

Me gusta la visualizacion de la pantalla, es mi primer laptop lo cual estoy un poco satisfecha con las especificaciones solo que le agregaria un poco mas de memoria ssd ya que la que trae de 256gb se me hace muy poco, aunque yo la uso para seguir con mis cursos de programacion, la bateria le dura poco nose si sea normal porque segun le duraba 8 horas, la verdad ni eso, desde que la tengo que son alrededor de 10 dias me ha pedido que la reinicie como unas 5 veces por actualizaciones, creo y eso es casi todos los dias, es algo molesto ya que en ocasiones la estoy usando y de repente se me pone la pantalla negra unos segundos y luego es cuando me percato que me pide que la reinicie, no tengo aun el mes y ya me estoy desanimando en querer regresarla

Excelente laptop, sin embargo la descripción dice que trae teclado retro iluminado y no es cierto el laptop vino sin dicha característica

I was surprised to discover the battery is embedded, in other words cant be removed. There is a process to charge the battery fully so it will take a full charge throughout its life. You have to drain it until it reaches about 18%. A popup should warn you when you reach this battery level; instead you have to keep checking. Not used to babysitting this computer, the battery ended discharging completely. I thought connecting the adapter would get the computer up and running. Not so. I placed a call to Amazon tech support and learned about battery reset located on the bottom of the computer, a tiny pin-hole that you press a toothpick into for four seconds to reset the battery. Then you need to long-press the power button for ten seconds to boot it up. Today I had about 76% battery power left and closed the lid briefly and it turned off. It took another battery reset and long-press to get it going again. Chrome tells me it didnt shut down properly, click to restore tabs. Something with Alexa too, doesnt quite work properly. So it was a software glitch that caused the problem. I dont expect this to be the last time this happens.

Awesome Laptop... Easy to use for Non Technical people... And Excellent price..

For the sale price, its a good deal. It looks good and light. I use it to surf the net, check email, and watch movies. It does its job well. So far so good.
