Laptop is good. the new operating system is a bit different. But it was easy to adjust to it

We ought this laptop for simple computer work for a new small gym I opened. Barely 2 months after usage the training pad doesnt work. We have tried the fixes and finally gave up and...bought a mouse and a mouse pad so we could use it again. So not incredibly about that. Other than that though everything else seems to working so far!

Great starting laptop that made upgrading the RAM and SSD a great final bargain. Tricky on/off but once you get used to it works fine.

After a couple months of use by my teenagers, the laptop seems to be holding up very well. It is responsive enough with Windows 11 for basic schoolwork or web browsing. Like the screen size and resolution. I initially had a concern that the laptop was not charging properly, but using the battery controller reset on the bottom seems to have solved the problem, it has been working well for several months now.

The product I received worked but the back panel was damaged. The shipping box wasn’t damaged and neither was the product box. There is two big cracks i the back panel and a dent.

The camera did not work when purchased. Its cheaply made

DOESNT HAVE KEBOARD LIGHT. IT SUCKS

Great computer, replaced a very old one that i had, screen quality is clear and crisp. Keyboard feels good. Track pad works perfectly. Build design feels great.

Its very slim! Lightweight as well and its my favorite laptop Ive ever had. The speed is fast, but I assume because I dont have a bunch of used up storage. The screen is big enough for me, I dont need anything bigger. I use It for applications or if I cant see something good enough on my phone. Affordable price as well.
