Super molesta con este equipo, las especificacionen no cumplen con lo que sale. Primero dice que es teclado iluminado. Y es mentira y lo otro que es nuy inportante dice que el disco es ssd y en realidad es hdd. Esto es una publicidad engañosa. Y exijo de verdad que me devuelvan mi dinero.

So I didnt know what to think about this computer a lot of people say its the best computer for the price some people hate it Im very happy with the computer, no problems its light weight. The battery is pretty good, the ram is a little slow but I upgraded that and my memory. They have a extra ram slot and for 60$ I put a 16gb ram so now its 20gb. I also put in a 2tb t5 crucial gaming memory m.2. Also Im a computer retard before getting this I didnt even know what a ram was or how to do it there are plenty of videos. To change out both was so simple I highly recommend doing this, the cost for a 1tb its like $100, so buying this and making like 2 $50 investment you can still add a ram and 500gb memory. Now supped up this computer flies, internet pages are instantaneous and my pc games download in minutes. I also highly recommend the wd black external memory if you do wanna open the computer up for $80 its sick, but a little slow. Whew 5 star review

I love this laptop, it is durable, has a great image quality, and what I paid for it is well worth it. I actually got it on sale for less than $300. I havent had a problem with it at all.

My Phone. My Car. My Acer Aspire 5. Those 3 things I use daily. I am a college student taking half of my classes online and this computer has yet to let me down. I have owned it for a little over 2 months and have seen more pros than cons. The ability to use zoom and microsoft word with it can be used extensively for schoolwork no matter the level.

Laptop slid off my lap from the couch to the carpeted floor and would not turn on again.

This laptop has never ever worked right once and because we ordered it as a gift we missed the return window. The manufacturer does not offer any assistance whatsoever. Weve spent 3 months with this computer trying to get it to even login and it hasnt worked yet. Acer blames Microsoft for a bad OS install and Microsoft blames the computer. Its an endless battle and were supposed to just eat it. Will never ever in my life order another Acer product after receiving the support we have on our brand new, non functioning laptop.

JAN 2023 - The computer is stellar except for two things - USBs become completely defunct after so many hours of usage which require a complete reboot in order to correct the issue and the customer service is dismal. First contacted Amazon who told me the issue was software related and it was not. Finally connected with Acer Customer Service (off shore - of course). Was on hold for 30 minutes to reach someone; the person had me install something off the internet which loaded a bunch of crap onto my computer in order to update outdated drivers. He was on the phone with me for all of about 7 minutes before he told me to call back if it didnt work because there were other people in the queue. Now, when I informed the wad I had been on hold for 30 minutes to reach a live agent he told me it was not fair to others for him to have to wait to see if my problem was corrected. And, of course, the problem was not corrected!
