> 24 hourNo quality control, came VERY bent. Also came very next day in less than 12 hours.. I don’t have prime but had free shipping (5-7 business days), this was clearly a used return that was in a warehouse right near me.. in other words a return that was damaged and not checked for quality before reshipping. Got replacement one in about a week, it wasn’t damaged but was NOT top notch quality, had to make pieces fit (didn’t fit easily) and not completely symmetric.. not good especially for being EIGHTY DOLLARS. Also a huge pain to put together, with terrible, terrible instructions. The video instruction link was even worthless. Not good business to overcharge just because not any competition for drill-less version, especially for sub-par product.

> 24 hourThe product was fine, but the instructions were terrible with unclear directions on which type of nuts/washers to use. Technically there was enough parts but I had to mix and match. I also had to supplement a one of my own washer because it was missing one. Printed instructions was poorly organized and confusing. The product technically all fits together as shown, but was too large and stuck out of my window too far and is unsightly. The support legs were difficult to adjust because it was held together with with four bolts, screw and washer so it made the moving these parts when drying fitting not as easy even when leg as a gage. Also, I still had to rig a few bunch of foam and fillers underneath the support brackets just to prevent a draft, so a seamless solution was still not possible for my case. The product technically works but was not a good fit for my situation.

> 24 hourThis bracket was purchased to hold a 80lb Kenmore A/C unit. We came into two issues. Our first issue was that the surface of the mount is slick metal. When the A/C unit asks with installation to have a slight outward tilt so that condinsation call fall outside the window. We noticed the unit was also built metal so it wanted to slide. There is no backing plate to hold in place and no items such as rubber spacers to help A/C from sliding around. So we took a board and cut it to the size of the A/C unit and screwed it to the bracket to give it less a change to slide. The next issue was the mounting screws. We followed the directions and pre-drilled the holes to mount to the window. Once installing the screws with a half dead almost powerless drill the bolts snapped. Right where the threads start. We decided to try another screw and once again it snapped. We then went to the hardware store and purchased the same size standard screws for 35cents each. We then installed bracket with no problems. Putting the provided screw next to a standard screwed we purchased you can right away notice the quality difference of the metal being used. The strength of the bracket itself seems strong. Once everything was installed I put some good amount of my weight on it and it held strong. For the price and quality I would have to say you should try another product or plan to grab some quality 35cent screws and figure a way to keep unit from sliding.

> 24 hourI bought four units and putting the first one together took awhile. The directions were minimal and pictures didn’t help much. The following 3 were easy since I became an expert at it. Installed, they are working as advertised. It’s a smart system. Just be prepared for a lot of assembly.

> 24 hourThis review covers the drill-less version of the bracket. Make sure this will work with your air conditioner. The bracket arms that extend out are between 13” and 16” apart so edge to edge the feet on the window side of your air conditioner need to be in this range. I first tried this with a 6000 BTU Amana air conditioner but the “feet” on the front of the unit were two narrow so the front towards the window was not supported properly. Then I used it on a Frigidaire air conditioner. The feet on the Frigidaire air conditioners are 2.5 time the width of most other window air conditioners so it rested on the bracket perfectly. The feet on the Amanda were about 1/2 an inch wide. The feet in the Frigidaire were about 2 3/4 inches wide.

> 24 hourOne of the hardest things I have put together. Instructions were not clear (noted, I received different instructions from someone else’s photo…mine was missing half the labels and had an awful description of which nuts and bolts to use). It’s definitely sturdy, but no more sturdy than a regular bracket. I don’t understand why these are more than double a good regular bracket. But I paid because I didn’t want to drill and there were zero cheaper options.

> 24 hourTook over 1hr to put together then once everything was good, we sat the ac on it, in hopes the whole thing didnt slide off the window Frame because was holding it from shifting sideways. The ac had huge gaps on the under part where it sits on the frame and the window. Horrible

> 24 hourI decided to order this AC support bracket because I did not want to drill into my new window and frame to install the window AC it took me 2 days and a bit of figuring out to complete the install because packaging is missing supplies (14 washers needed but only 6 provided) and the instruction pictures arent very clear either although the hardware store is 1 block away it took 2 day trips because they closed on me so had to go back the next day. the screws are specialty screws and regular washers will not fit so had to go back to get the whole new set (screws and washers) to complete the install and just a side note if you do not have a handyman suitcase with different tools in it, you ll not be able to secure the screws either as unlike other DIY sellers will provide you with the handy tool in packaging (if you need to use a specialty tool for the screws and not just a regular screwdriver) conclusion if I wasnt gifted the new large window AC id not bother with this costly bracket but returned it after discovering it was not a straight forward few minute install ..
