> 3 dayNo quality control, came VERY bent. Also came very next day in less than 12 hours.. I don’t have prime but had free shipping (5-7 business days), this was clearly a used return that was in a warehouse right near me.. in other words a return that was damaged and not checked for quality before reshipping. Got replacement one in about a week, it wasn’t damaged but was NOT top notch quality, had to make pieces fit (didn’t fit easily) and not completely symmetric.. not good especially for being EIGHTY DOLLARS. Also a huge pain to put together, with terrible, terrible instructions. The video instruction link was even worthless. Not good business to overcharge just because not any competition for drill-less version, especially for sub-par product.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these products to support 2 - 10K Frigidaire Window A/Cs. They are constructed quite well and are very strong. Each of my A/C units weigh approx 115 lbs. Once setup correctly, these supports not only fit nearly perfect n my windows, but also support the units quite easily! While the feet set against the vinyl siding and proper 5-8 deg (for water drainage) is noticeable. You may have a few gaps to fill, but that can be accomplished quite easily. I use 1/2 Styrofoam Pipe wrap and cut to fit. No complaints and the units have been running without incident for a month.

> 3 dayThe thing you got to know before puchasing is what ac you get and try picture how its going to sit on this unit its completely flat. Make sure your ac is also flat on the bottom, wise your going to need to add with this like wood or something like that. Mine wasnt obviously.

> 3 dayI decided to order this AC support bracket because I did not want to drill into my new window and frame to install the window AC it took me 2 days and a bit of figuring out to complete the install because packaging is missing supplies (14 washers needed but only 6 provided) and the instruction pictures arent very clear either although the hardware store is 1 block away it took 2 day trips because they closed on me so had to go back the next day. the screws are specialty screws and regular washers will not fit so had to go back to get the whole new set (screws and washers) to complete the install and just a side note if you do not have a handyman suitcase with different tools in it, you ll not be able to secure the screws either as unlike other DIY sellers will provide you with the handy tool in packaging (if you need to use a specialty tool for the screws and not just a regular screwdriver) conclusion if I wasnt gifted the new large window AC id not bother with this costly bracket but returned it after discovering it was not a straight forward few minute install ..

> 3 dayAfter struggling with the limited instructions to assemble, the stand was plenty strong for my A/C. Id be quicker to recommend this if they included step by step instructions and better small parts I.D. I had to use two 2×4s nailed together to shim the stand but I felt confident when my friend and I lifted the rather heavy (81 lbs.) unit onto it.

Greater than one weekI just installed this over the weekend. Its pretty rickety (my unit is 10,000 BTU and around 80-100 pounds) and although you dont have to screw anything into the outside wall, you do have to screw 3 holes into the windowsill. Luckily, we live in an extremely old house and my landlord said before we moved in that he needs to replace the windowsills at some point, so when I asked him if I could drill, he just shrugged and said, Why not? Installation is fairly easy, but I found myself having to be extremely delicate with the unit itself on top of the support. It rocks slightly from side to side which made me worried that my unit would fall if I didnt take a ton of care. I had one other person helping me inside, and somebody outside to help guide the unit into place so that we wouldnt have to slide it at all. At the end of the day, this was extremely cheap compared to the other brackets (which I suspect are almost the exact same thing). At the time of purchase, it was half the price of the equivalent product at Lowes. The level was helpful (though I double checked with another level when I got the unit in). And hey- it works, albeit rickety. Worth the money I paid, but not a dime more.

Greater than one weekI use this for a small window AC unit on my molded fiberglass RV. I had to use different holes for the legs due to the rounded shell to make it level. Works great. I have no fears this will come off during use and destroy my AC unit. Once set up it is super fast and easy to install and remove. A bit pricey but worth the peace of mind.

> 3 dayWe installed this on our RV to hold a window unit. It worked great, and even survived a direct hit from hurricane Ian at a category 4, it held strong with the unit in place. Hated spending $75 for it, but wow, cant complain now.
