> 3 dayI ordered this charging cord because the original cord that came with my wifes Kindle fell apart, the plastic/rubber coating on the cord fell off in chunks! The replacement came quickly and was exactly what it was advertised to be. Without this replacement her Kindle would have been useless.

Greater than one weekMy original adapter got kinked and wouldnt charge the Kindle. Replacement works fine but I think theres a design flaw where the wire meets the connector at the Kindle end of the cord....this one looks like it could kink if youre not careful.

Spend more then $70 to replace Kindle defective cables within one year? What would you do?
