> 3 dayThis is an incredible, beautiful and inexpensive screen protector for the Nintendo Switch. Please DO NOT consider ANY other screen protector for this device, it is THE Nintendo Switch screen protector you want and its PERFECT! TechMatte has never disappointed with glass screen protectors for my devices over the last 3 years. Once again, this protector is just PERFECT if installed properly, its a mere millimeter smaller than the Switch screen itself so that you dont have any issues with the edges keeping contact on the devices screen. As always, a steamed bathroom after a hot shower is best for install to avoid dust particles. The wet and dry wipes (step 1 and 2) are all you need to ensure a clean surface for final install, you should not need the dust stickers at all if you do this properly. After that, I didnt experience even a single air bubble or any edge lifting at all. Ive been doing these installs for years on my devices as well as family and friends and I was amazed at the one and done shot with this protector. Ive even had my Switch out of the box for over a week with dust building up on the screen and the included tools worked perfectly for a flawless install. Plus you even get a second protector! If you want to protect your Switchs screen, buy this and you will not be disappointed. **Please note that I personally do not dock my Switch, so this review is based solely on the device remaining in handheld mode. I hope that those who dock their Switch have the same experience that I have had, however please refer to other reviewers for more information on that type of application.

> 3 dayUnfortunately by the time I started looking for a glass screen protector for my Switch, these were sold out with weekend before theyd be in stock again. I took my chances and ordered one that was available and a few dollars cheaper and I essentially wasted my money. I dont want to call out the other company here by name but if youre interested in which protector I gave a 1 star to, please look at my reviews. The other protector was easy enough to apply and despite not having a light sensor cutout it looked and felt reasonably good on the Switch. The problem came when I docked the system to play Zelda for a couple of hours. The heat from the system while docked seemed to affect the adhesive on that protector resulting in air bubbles and white lines showing up under the glass. While the issues seemed to correct themselves over night for the most part they reappeared the next day while again playing Zelda docked for two hours. Checked Amazon and the AmFilm protectors were still out of stock so I tried yet another protector. The glass on this protector was much thinner and any speck of dust or lint made a large noticeable air bubble. If you tried removing these air bubbles then you ended up ruining the adhesive in the corners and on the sides from lifting the protector and just letting more issues pile on top. While the heat from the docked switch didnt alter the adhesive on this protector, even after doing a second install with a fresh protector, I just could get a nice install. There were too many air bubbles or dust for me to leave it on. Finally I got the AmFilm protector in and my experience with the other two protectors made me skeptical of this one. While this had the most and the best reviews on Amazon, I had never heard of AmFilm personally. It comes with everything youd expect these days from a glass protector, two protectors, a small but good quality wipe cloth, stickers for dust, wet and dry wipes, and some instructions. I again used the steamy bathroom method which has worked 30-40 times before on a variety of devices. The two wings on the top film made the protector very easy to line up and apply. As soon as the glass touched the screen it started to adhere to it and without much initial help all the bubbles pushed out to the side and disappeared with the exception of small ones along the border that I squeezed out. I noticed a speck of something under the lower right corner of the screen so I put pressure on the top right portion and carefully pulled the glass back so I could get a sticker on the dust. Got the dust and put the protector back down and again squeezed out the bubbles. I didnt get a perfect install like I would have wanted. I do have a piece of dust under the center that isnt terribly noticeable but I am very OCD. about these protectors and their installs so ideally I wouldnt have anything over the screen. However because the glass was thick enough it didnt leave an air bubble under the glass and it still actually looks pretty nice. While the border held on to some air bubbles like I have shown in pictures, I was able to squeeze them all out. This seems to be the glass screen protector to get for your Switch. The price is right, the quality is good, the cutouts are accurate, so far the adhesive has held up, it is easy to apply, the edges are all rounded, and it just looks great. Ill update my review should it not hold up to heat or any other issues but I can safely and easily recommend this protector for your Switch.

> 3 dayI have found that the Nintendo Switch is one of those things it is -actually- necessary to use a screen protector on. The way the console is designed and used, the bezel will get severely scratched without one, unless you are extremely careful all the time. But who wants to take that risk with their new console(especially when replacing it might take months)? I have used the Nintendo brand soft protector, which left bubbles, and then was scratched as I tried to remove the bubbles with the card that comes with it. I used another glass protector which was impossible to align and difficult to remove if you had to adjust the position. This protector was easy to put on, forgiving if you needed to readjust, and has no bubbles. The only perfect protector I have seen so far. Tempered glass is, in my opinion, the best kind of screen protector because if you drop your console and the glass does break, it wont scratch your screen, and it provides the best level of regular screen protection while preserving touch sensitivity. As a gamer, I highly recommend this specific screen protector.

> 3 dayIf, like me, youve had nothing but atrocious experiences with thin, plastic, bubble/dust-ridden screen protectors, THIS is the one for you. Tempered glass protectors are nothing like those plastic, flimsy, thin protectors youve been used to. And this Amfilm was truly a joy to apply (assuming a relative lack of dust in your installation environment). The Nintendo Switch unfortunately features a plastic screen. The Switch dock absolutely can (not necessarily will) scratch the screen, especially where the dock rails meet the display. This is unfortunate, and the dock really comes across as a useful-for-the-lowest-possible-production-cost type of Nintendo thought process. But anyway, Amfilm to the rescue! For your hard-earned dollars, you receive two screen protectors, some alcohol wipes, dust-removal stickers, a card for pushing out bubbles - and it all comes in a hard cardboard package, which I appreciated. Nobody wants to receive their glass protectors cracked. Installation was by far the easiest Ive done. Clean screen with alcohol wipe, wipe off with microfiber (I skipped the drying cloth), and then you have a couple of ways of applying the screen protector. Many like the hinge method (google is your friend), but for this installation I just cleaned the screen of dust, held the protector over the screen using the handy tabs, and laid it down. Bam. Now what really surprised me is that no large bubbles appeared. I thought Id done it wrong it went so smoothly. I was ready with the cardboard to squeegee out the bubbles, but none ever appeared. Done. Credit, too, to TechMatte. I emailed them with a question and they responded very quickly, so this only increases my opinion of them. Great stuff. Very happy so far, and hopefully I continue to be so! 5 stars out of 5. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayBought some for both of my kids Switches. One got dropped hard and the protector was cracked in several places but the screen was completely intact without a scratch. Purchased 2 more packs to replace it and have some extras.

> 3 dayIll start by saying that this is a high quality product, with all of the the things youll need to apply it properly, as well as several different options for detailed instructions (included pamphlet and Youtube video). Application of the screen protector is straight forward; unless you are a perfectionist and also apparently slightly incompetent, like I am. I messed up the first because a piece of dust was hidden in one of the air bubbles and as such I didnt notice it until I had finished applying it. No problem, they send two of them, Ill get it right the second time, right? Apparently not so much. Second time I put it on ever so slightly crooked, and after a day of trying to deal with it, the perfectionist in me ripped the thing off. However, my utter failure at completing a menial task that essentially amounts to putting a sticker on a surface has taught me a few things that may be useful to others: 1) These are absolutely glass - and no, I didnt make this discovery because my incompetence angered me and caused me to fling it across the steamy bathroom I was applying it in. 2) The seller stands behind their product in a way I cant say I encounter often. They proactively reached out after the sale and let me know to contact them if there were issues, and when I let them know I had trouble getting these applied, they sent me a replacement package free of charge. 3) I have no issues with docking the switch with the protector applied, and have noticed no other issues related to applying this to it. I cant imagine theres a better product out there for this purpose, and I absolutely recommend amFilms products in general. Ill be keeping them in mind for my screen protector needs down the road.

> 3 dayI bought a pack of these when I first got my Switch on launch. Ive always been very careful with my Switch as I did have to shell out a quite a bit of money for it, but this screen protector gave me a huge sigh of relief the other day. Following a tooth extraction I was a bit out of it due to the anesthesia and I was transporting my Switch to my drivers car. Well, I accidentally dropped it in the driveway and cracked the screen in multiple places. I got home and started putting in a service request with Nintendo when I removed the screen protector and found, to my surprise, the screen itself was in pristine condition (a few small dings to the console itself but nothing bad). After reading some of the other reviews it seems that this seems to be the case with many other customers. Im just here to tell you that these screen protectors are some of the best protectors Ive ever purchased for any device. It never scratched from regular use and basically saved me a bunch of money and possibly my Switchs memory due to not having to send it in to have it serviced. The screens are extremely easy to apply and I didnt have any bubbles. They also do not hinder the touchscreens abilities in any way. This is a must-buy for any Switch owner. My only regret is that I forgot where I put the other one that came in the pack so now I have to buy another pack - Im more than happy to, however.

Greater than one weekAs someone who prefers to keeps their electronics safe and protected with a case or cover, I generally do not use screen protectors. I never liked the feel of them especially if there is a liquid spilled on them. I have not had anything break on me yet even after some scary drops. However, because of the issues with the switch dock scratching the screen when placing in the dock, I knew I had to get a screen protector for my Switch when I got one for Christmas. I originally had a licensed screen protector that I got from an accessory pack for the switch, but I hated how it felt with the touch screen and it would bubble a lot even when it was on for a couple weeks. I decided to look at glass screens and this is one screen a friend of mine recommended to me. I was happy with how easy it was to install. It does bubble if you apply it incorrectly ( I didnt apply it the best on my first go) but if you listen to the tips in the instructions, it will look great in the end. If you do mess up, it is easy to remove the screen to try again. It is still responsive with a stylus as well if you play with one. I highly recommend this screen for the quality you get with the price.

> 3 dayI ordered the two-pack not realizing my husband had bought me a Nintendo Switch as well, so we definitely got good usage out of the two-fer. They were very easy to apply; Id forgotten to use the cleaning towelettes provided for the first application but in the end I never needed it. No bubbles, easy application, piece of cake. The package contains a microfiber cloth and a stiff cardboard credit-card-sized smoothing card as well as two packs of wet-and-dry cloths; there is also a strip of hinge-stickers but it indicates right on the front to not use this on the Switch, so I did not use them. If the seller is reading this, a couple suggestions: 1) It would be great to include some Switch-compatible tape strips in future versions of this product, because in my experience applying screen protectors, that is an invaluable step for a bubble-free application. And 2) you may want to consider converting the smoothing card from cardboard to a plastic product as the latter would have worked a little better for smoothing, if needed; the cardboard card bent a bit under my attempts to de-bubble. It all looks great now, so these are suggestions for future improvements on this package. Finally, I had some issues registering my product for their lifetime warranty, and reached out to their customer support team, who responded speedily (thank you Stephanie!) and were very helpful for my issue. Great product and I will add this vendor to my list of preferred suppliers for screen protectors in the future for my tech-heavy family.
