used product in bathroom after running hot water worked almost flawlessly . On first application i did not clean the screen as well as i thought i did resulting in a tiny air bubble . The screen protector did its job it broke thanks to the help between my 6 year old son who dropped it thanks to joy-cons getting loose cause Nintendo uses plastic buckles one tiny crack, 3 weeks later my 3 year old daughter decided to undock the switch and hit it with a miniature cactus not kidding she bashed my wifes 1 inch potted cactus on the screen completely destroying it . Thanks to this screen protector the screen was 100% untouched very pleased with purchase . When adding the second screen the process was flawless no bubbles looks brand new . I gave 4 star rating on durability cause it did its job it cracked with out damaging my switch now to keep it away from my daughter will definitely be ordering again .

As soon as my son opened his Nintendo Switch on Christmas morning, I immediately scoured Amazon for a tempered glass screen protector. I came across the amFilm by TechMatte screen protection dual pack and read the positive reviews. Two screen protectors for only $8, I figured I couldnt go wrong. Two days later my package arrived and I jumped at the opportunity to apply the protection to the Nintendo Switch console. I was thrilled to find the package includes all of the items needed to prepare the screen and accurately install the screen protector. Exact cut-outs lead to a perfect fit, and as with other over-priced protectors, the amFilm covers have the tabs one each side to allow for careful and precise installation. I will never purchase over-prices screen protectors again, I am super thrilled that I discovered and bought this brand. In the past I have paid up to $40 for a tempered glass cover for an iPhone from a well-known and popular brand, ridiculously over-rated and over-priced...now I am kicking myself for not searching Amazon sooner. The screen protector is of the highest quality, an exact fit, and the lifetime warranty makes everything about this purchase faultless. I highly recommend and will purchase more from this company.

I’ve bought two of these over the past year and they’ve offered great protection for my kids’ Switches. Excellent product. The only reason I give it four stars is that it’s hard to position precisely when you put it on, I wish it had a tray to align it.

I keep taking my Switch on the go, so I didnt want the screen to scratch as I take it out of the dock and put it back. Ive installed quite a few temperated glass screen protectors in tablets and phones, and I have to say - this was by far the easiest Ive ever applied! It has a couple of flaps that you hold as you put it down, which makes it extremely easy to properly apply. Quality is very good, and I managed to do a bubble-free application on the first go. There were a couple of big bubbles, but thats normal - using the supplied card (or a credit card, if you prefer) they easily went away. There were no small annoying bubbles that wouldnt go away. So overall Im super happy, and for the price, Im frankly surprised. The box comes with two tempered glass panels! There are more expensive phone tempered glass products (thus much smaller) that come with only one. So overall - Im super happy, and its highly recommended!

I received my screen protector the same day as the Switch release, much earlier than I had expected! Install was the same as any other glass screen protector. When initially placed there were lots of bubbles big and small but with a little persistence they were easy enough to work out with a credit card. The included paper card was a little too flimsy but a credit card worked like a charm. Just make sure you work the bubbles out before removing the protective film on top of the protector. The fit is perfect with little cut outs for the speakers and ambient light sensor. Its roughly .25mm smaller than the Switchs screen which gives you a slight bit of wiggle room when placing the protector without leaving an unsightly gap between the edge of the protector and the edge of the Switchs screen. It also has a very slight visually imperceivable bevel around the edges so there arent any sharp edges. Overall Im very pleased, and really happy I got a screen protector asap because apparently the Switchs screen is plastic, not glass, and prone to scratching, even from the Switchs own dock. Time will tell how well it holds up but so far I wouldnt hesitate recommending this protector.

So this one is for the launch model switch 2017 model. I Purchased It immediately after i got a switch cause i found out Nintendo Made The Switch Screen Plastic and the Dock is Also Plastic so i wanted to prevent this from being scratched by the plastic dock and After i applied it to my switchs screen I noticed how much easier it was to use the touch screen its super fast and responsive like using a traditional android or apple tablet your finger or stylus slides on the glass with no resistance. The tabs on the front of the screen protector makes it super easy to line up the speaker holes and camera and make it even on the screen. Personally Id recommend using a disposable lens cleaning wipes/towelettes that you would use on things such as a protective plastic glasses or a pair of prescription Glasses the brand Ive used is MCR Safety their wipes are anti-fog and Anti-Static. Then i used the dry wipe that comes with this screen protector and put it on the switch it lasted me from 2017 till recently cause i bumped something against the edge of the screen protector and it ended up breaking the suction thus creating a bubble but i will be buying another one very soon. Also this does get some bubbles but if you work on it you can push them right out and make a prefect seal it might take some time and some firm pressure but once youre done its worth it. I Dont think its needs to be said but incase, be sure to take off the joycon controllers before you apply this so you can make sure its flat and see what youre doing better without the controllers getting in the way.

Easy to apply, awesome price. I bought this a year or so ago and the other day it proved that it was a great purchase. I ordered a new screen protector so that when I took the old one off I’d be able to reapply it. Was thrilled to see that there wasn’t any damage to my switch itself. While I don’t know how that crack was caused, what I do know is the screen protector did it’s job perfectly. There isn’t a scratch or a crack on my screen. Recommend this to anyone buying a Switch. This protector is not flimsy in any way. When you pick it up you can feel just how strong it is. It comes with two sets of wet and dry wipes for application, and even has an instruction video. Another benefit is it comes in a two pack you have a back up. I gave my spare from the first time I bought it to my sister, who now has a very rambunctious 1 year old. Very confident it’ll survive him playing with it if he manages to get ahold of it.

Im so grateful to spend the little bit more extra money for this screen protector. The reason why I picked this screen protector instead of the usual plastic ones is: I always have to buy multiple screen protectors because I am terrible at putting them on. The issues for plastic ones are following: 1. The alignment is off either up, down, too much to the right, too much to the left. 2. Dust no matter how much I clean there is some evil dust bunny ready to ruin my hard work and 3. Air bubbles... lots and lot of air bubbles that wont move out of the way!!! 4. Plastic ones I always seem to need replace them because of scratches or just plain gross looking. However, this product solves every issue I just brought up. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. My suggestion read it twice. They give two screen protectors, 2 sets of wet and dry wipes, sticker/dust removal sticker, cleaning cloth and a hard card to press out the air bubbles. I followed the directions by using the wet wipe to clean the screen and the dry cloth to make sure no micro dust bunnies of seething hatred for video game screens ever showed up. I then used the clean cloth to make sure no smears from the wet and dry cloth. Heres the careful part there are two side tabs. They are two semi-circle tabs you hold on to for placement of the screen. There is another rectangle/square tab as well that say step 1. Step 1 or 2 depending on how you look at it, is to carefully peel the square/rectangle tab back so the adhesive side is exposed. Dont touch it! Or you will get finger prints and dust and grossness. (I made that mistake on a few of the plastic ones.) The next step is holding on to the semi-circle tabs and almost like a crane game except you should be able to win it unlike this rip off machines align it the holes, speakers and corners match up. When you like the placement gently lay it on switch screen. Second to last step, as you see in my one picture, use the hard card or old gift card and start rubbing/moving the air bubbles out of the corners. Since there shouldnt be any dust, you are just going to need to take your time pushing out those bubbles. Finally, taking one of the semi-circle tabs slowly peel it away and you should have a beautiful, dust free, bubble free tempered glass screen protector. Also I just need to do a gentle wipe of the screen and it doesnt look cheap or gross. FYI: I realized my screen protector was off by a little bit but it looks pretty much perfect. Plus I didnt have to use the second screen to boot! If everybody is wondering with the screen protector will it dock? Yes it can! I dont have a picture currently but I did try it. Overall, I love how easy it was. I am always nervous I will screw the process up but not this time. I did try scratching the glass and a few other things; it withstood it quite well. If I ever need another screen protector I will definitely be buying it from this company again!!!

Everyone said you need a screen protector for your Nintendo Switch. After researching screen protector I choose this one. I never used this type of product on any device. I have to say it takes some skill to apply. If you have never done this before watch a few you tube videos. I ended up with a bubble in one corner... not a big deal. I could have applied the second screen protector, but I am cheap and I live with the bubble in the corner. I would say it takes a little skill to apply this type of product.....I would not even have bothered but after reading the reviews of scratched Nintendo Switch screen I figured I was better safe then sorry. Anyway, the box has everything you need to apply instructions on how to apply and a second screen incase you mess up or to replace the original after some time. I am interested to see what it does when the screen protector is removed... does it leave residue... if so is it easy to remove... But if all goes well I will never have to remove this screen protector. My only complaint is I wish this was simpler to apply... but I guess I am not good at applying this type of stuff.
