Creality V4.2.7 Upgrade Mute Silent Mainboard for Ender 3 Customized Silent Board, Ender 3 Silent Mother Board

> 24 hourI have an Ender 3 Pro and I ordered this board to help upgrade it. Long story short: They do not come with 1.1.5 Firmwear(1.0.1 intead), It locks up an Ender 3 Pro to the point of not functioning at all, and if you try to update the firmwear, it sets off the thermal runaway alarm and bricks the printer until you kill the power.

> 24 hourI just finished installing this board on my Sainsmart X Creality Ender 3 -- and my mind is blown. I didnt know 3d printers could be this quiet. Now I just need to upgrade to quieter fans and I might not even know my printer is there.

> 24 hourThe only thing you can hear now are the fans. missing a star because onboard driver is 2208, no linear advance in newer Marlin. Still 8 bit. Should include extra extruder driver for the price. Better options out there for the money unless you just want silent operation and nothing more.

> 24 hourThis motherboard should come standard. It took my 3D printer from a whiny mess to almost completely silent. The only noise now is the fan running. It was a simple install and flashing the new firmware was very simple. A great upgrade for the money.

> 24 hourI love life again. I dont have to plan prints around my work calls (wfh, printer is in my office), and I can print at night without the computer singing to the world. The fans are now the loudest part of the printer and within a couple days they started to get on my nerves a little, which I find hilarious, and proof that the updated motor drivers work as they intended. They made some changes in the firmware, and I dont like how they moved some of the menu options around, but the board itself is great.

> 24 hourThis board installed nice and easy in my Ender 3 and is impressively quiet. The bootloader made it super simple to flash a custom Marlin Firmware and Ive been up and printing for the last few weeks. The only downside Ive had with this board is the TMC2225s come with a trade-off -- No linear advance. When I originally purchased this board I was only about a week into 3D printing and was still learning, so I didnt know much about Linear Advance and its benefits. Now that I know, I wish I had chosen a board that would support this feature. Not a fault of the board per se, so Im still giving a 5 star review as its been great otherwise. Do some research on Linear Advance and if its something you want, this is not the board youre looking for. If you dont need Linear Advance, this is a great silent board with bootloader and reliable prints.
