This is a great upgrade for the standard Ender 3. It eliminated all noise from the motors so that all you hear now are the fans. Its very easy to install as well.

Makes the printer almost completely silent! Its amazing! Should be one of your first mods.

I love life again. I dont have to plan prints around my work calls (wfh, printer is in my office), and I can print at night without the computer singing to the world. The fans are now the loudest part of the printer and within a couple days they started to get on my nerves a little, which I find hilarious, and proof that the updated motor drivers work as they intended. They made some changes in the firmware, and I dont like how they moved some of the menu options around, but the board itself is great.

It really does make printing quiet. Best $ spent on upgrades.

Ive done a couple of upgrades -- springs, bed leveler, several printed parts to organize wires, filament guides, etc. -- but this one has had the most value/$. I had a friend recommend this, as on phone calls he could hear the original machine running in the background. Its made a huge change in the sound level, note that it wont be completely silent because the power supply and other fans make noise. Take your time on installation (about an hour,) have plenty of work-space, and make sure to remove the old hot-glue that olds the old wiring connectors to the old board, also working slowly to move each wire one-at-a-time (many of them arent labeled.)

Getting this has been a night and day difference. The loudest thing when I’m printing now is the fans.. which is good because it lets me know the printer is still running. I’ll be getting a new board for each of my Creality printers for sure. The only negative thing I’ve seen so far is when I turn the printer on, the extruder “jumps” when it gets power - no harm no foul though.. the board is definitely worth the money!

Wanted to love this board - it printed, silently as advertised, for about an hour before the extruder stopped working. Got a quick replacement from the seller, this one had the exact same issue out of the gate. Contacted the seller, they offered a 1.1.4 board (not silent) as a replacement as another 1.1.5 board would just have the same problem. So... theyre selling equipment with known issues? What?

I upgraded my ender3 with this board and the results were great. The noise from my printer has lowered quite a bit. the product arrived in good condition and was well packed. The customer service was great as they responded to an email I sent within the day. I would recommend this product for upgrading an ender3.

Its not 100% silent, theres still a bit of noise in sharp corners, but its so much quieter the other 99% of the print that its worth it. Upgrade isnt super layperson friendly, but if you cant figure it out you shouldnt have bought this caliber of 3D printer in the first place.
