Digital Soldering Station with Chisel Tip Pack T18-D08/D12/D24/D32/S3

Works great; but had to contact Hakko to get instructions on re-calibration and a reset to factory settings. Out of the box, when I set the temp to 585F, the true temp was 450F using a Hakko FG100 temp sensor. Using the re-calibration instructions, I got the temp set to true.

Excellent soldering station. Well made and heats up in seconds. The included sponge and tip cleaner all fit nicely into the station. The included 5 different tips were a plus as well. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to purchase this station over some of the cheaper ones.

It is difficult to believe how quickly this thing heats up. The payback will come much sooner than I anticipated.

Is as described. So far so good. Only a few days with it. But it heats up wicked quickly! Melts solder much easier than our butane portable. Why did we not buy this thing earlier!!! Confusing as all get out on the temp settings. Not an issue for us.. as I just turn on and go.. or not working with delicate temp electronics. I am sure if you were.. you would get used to the steps need to change the temps.

Excellent soldering station. I got tired of messing with cheaply made junk and started researching for a good soldering setup. I was just about to buy another very well known one, but kept reading a lot of bad reviews. So I decided on this one and I must admit, I made a great choice. It heats up very quickly and is easy to change temperatures. So much nicer than any I have owned before.

Heats super fast. Great unit so far. Havent used it a ton, but everything is satisfactory now.

Light burned out after a few months. Led supposed to last long.

This is the soldering station you want. Very good tips, on the comfortable and solid iron, with a very nice flexible cable. This has solid temp control. VERY well constructed and good support. THIS is the one you want! Just pay a little extra for this, over the cheapos and you wont be disappointed.

Top quality package, and works great.

Finally got to opening up this box only to find out it doesn’t work. Can’t contact anyone for help.
