It has a very smooth swing and was an easy install. I added a spring and away I went.

This bracket is very secure and holds my 40 pound bag like it was nothing. I hung this in my basement and when the kids pound on it the floor upstairs doesnt shake at all. It was easy to install and the included screws are a good sturdy size. Drill pilot holes first to avoid splitting the wood though. Great product.

Easy to install, and 100 times more efficient than the first one I bought. It’s also pretty quite.

I’ve been looking for ways to train at home and this seemed like a great solution. My dad and I hung this on a slanted ceiling by securing a wood piece to a support beam and then added the bracket. It’s holding a 40lb bag that I use for hitting and kicking. Deciding on the right place to install took some time but actual installation was a few minutes. We’ve had it up for about a week and I’ve used it everyday with no issues. It swings a lot, which is what I wanted, but the added motion doesn’t impact the bracket’s stability. It also comes with a clip that I didn’t use but it was a nice touch. I can’t testify to how it would do with a 100lb or heavier bag but for my 40lb bag it’s working great!

You definitely need to use a drill.

Solid and sturdy. The house does not shake anymore

The product was as listed and came well packaged. It was what I needed for my studio and it arrived on time.

The product arrived to me with one of the metal pieces cracked - the part that is supposed to hold all the weight!

Hung a 50 lb heavy bag from this. I pre-drilled holes that were 3 sizes smaller than the diameter of the provided lag bolts, and mounted it on a 2x4 stud. So far, after a month or so of intense punishment, it shows no sign of failure.

Works great with my ringside heavy bag.
