Picked up the Saturn a couple months ago and have had a great experience so far. After a couple prints without any issues I had a mindflayer mini fall off its supports and ended up piercing the FEP and damaging the screen. Elegoo was super helpful and got me a replacement free of charge after a few weeks. I was able to keep printing while waiting on it to arrive and even with a scratched screen the prints were amazing. Settings have been pretty easy to dial in and Ive had very few failures since. I definitely recommend this printer to anyone wanting to get into resin printing! I definitely recommend usi g a washing/curing machine as well, it makes the post processing much simpler once you establish a routine.

Easy to setup, easy to use, and comes with almost everything you need. You will need to buy resin, and if you can get a screen protector, do. I also suggest extra FEP sheets. I dont print with 8k resin, Im not sure that it will make any difference, but Ive had excellent prints from this machine. Im adding some images of a few of the models Ive printed.

This printer has been a wonderful experience. After figuring out settings I have been getting fantastic prints. This machine is was a great purchase. I was having some noisy fan issue, contacted elegoo, now I have new fans on the way. Customer support was fantastic. Highly recommend

I own 3 resin 3d printers, an Anycubic Photon (original), Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k and now the Elegoo Saturn. I think the Saturn is by far the best built of them all. What really sets the machine apart is Elegoos customer support. I had an issue with my buildplate (it was not flat) so I messaged the support team and they responded quickly with kindness and respect. Not the way Phrozen had responded to me. They are fixing the issue with only a few questions about specifics. I didnt feel like I had done something wrong. I would buy more Elegoo products just for that simple fact. Keep up the great work Elegoo.

This printer is a work horse. I have done several over 24h prints and they have turned out beautifully. I still cant get over how much detail you can squeeze out of these prints. I am printing at .025mm layer height and the layer lines are not even there. I am coming from an FDM printer to this one and every time I take a print off the build plate it feels like Christmas morning! Elegoo, you guys have done a fantastic job on this, also using and love your water washable resin!

Upgraded from a Moai 130 and this printer blows that away. Fast and easy to use.

Product box was shipped inside a larger amazon box with only a minimum of padding - one sheet of packing paper. Inner box was tossed around resulting in one of the legs of the printer being bashed inward about 1/4, breaking the weld between bottom and side walls of the printers base. LCD appears to operate correctly, and all UV lights are working, but unsure if long-term damage has been done that will result in a shorter lifespan for the printer. Very disappointing.

Excellent machine for printing miniatures for board games, D&D or even just to collect. Works great out of the box and easy to maintain.

Cooling fan became really noisy after first use. Now the build plate is stuck at the bottom in a tank full of resin, it will not move up at all

I admit, when I bought this printer I was rather intimidated. I had never used a resin printer before, but it wasnt nearly as difficult as I feared it would be to get started. I did read a few write ups and watched a few videos on how to startup, calibrate and use the machine first in order to ease my mind and prevent potential frustration. Regardless, it was still rather easy to get along with. The quality of the prints is more than I expected and much better than a lot of the mass produced miniatures Ive purchased at my FLGS. After about 10 months of rather consistent use, I did end up with an issue where my machine would restart after the first layer. I contacted Elegoo customer service and after minimal troubleshooting and the absolutely kindest, most responsive and helpful experience Ive had with any technical issues, my issue was resolved and a new part is being sent to me. Im incredibly excited to get back to printing with my Elegoo Saturn, and if I ever have an issue again, I know the exceptional customer service team with take care of me and ensure I can get back to enjoying my new hobby quickly!
