So I ordered this a while back. I had an issue where the FEP failed, and leaked, which when cleaned up, it caused the protective film on the LCD to rip. I contacted Elegoo, and they were on it! the sent out a new screen for it without question. Got it and installed it with ease. The printer is working great and giving me some really good miniatures!

So easy to get super high quality parts. Put the flash drive in, press a button and its printing. Easy to calibrate new resins as well.

Elegoo never disappoints. I have multiple of these machines running almost non stop and they churn out quality print after quality print. I of course have the occasional issue with a print fail, usually due to user error or the FEP needing replacement, but thats part of the deal. I have had a few issues with part failures on a couple of printers, however Elegoo has been quick to respond and get me replacement parts so i can get these machines back up and running.

This printer works absolutely amazingly, once you know how to properly orient and support files. Took me about a week to get right, but now my prints are coming out flawlessly. Customer support from elegoo is top notch as well. After getting some semi cured resin stuck on the UV cover, I attempted to clean it and made it worse. Large white patches blocking my view of the printer interior. I contacted elegoo about getting a replacement ordered, and they shipped me a new one for free. Wonderful, I highly reccomend both the Saturn and Elegoo in general.

I ordered this Elegoo printer because my last resin printer was not leveling to the bed properly due to a sensor placement issue. On the old printer the sensor is non adjustable, on this printer it is so I upgraded. Initial thoughts: came well packages in pristine condition, shiny clean screen. Since I was already partially experienced from my last printer the setup took about 10 minutes from opening the box and being ready to print. The instructions were clear and it came with a leveling paper and some other parts (scraper, gloves, funnel, etc.). For about the first week I was doing 8-10 hours of printing per day across 3-4 prints. My routine was to print, pull off build plate(something I could not do on my old printer without a relevel) scrape off prints, put build plate back and repeat. The most major issue I encountered with printing was prints sticking too well to the build plate and needed to be pounded off(I solved this later). Broken Screen!: after my initial few days printing I had a misprint. My print failed and had to be scraped from the build plate, I also had to scrape loose scraps out of the vat. After setting the build plate back to home it started grinding, I stopped the motor as fast as I could but it was too late. The build plate pushed something through the FEP, through the polarizer on the screen, and possibly into the actual screen itself. I promptly emptied my vat and replaced the FEP with some I had from before, then I contacted support. I sent an email over and in less than 24 hours I had a reply asking for pictures and a model number, after a few quick and easy email I was informed that they would send out an entirely new screen to replace the one that broke. Overall: I am extremely impressed with the build quality and precision, outside a 1 rough equivalent (that takes months and hundreds of $ to ship) this is the best resin printer that Ive seen for under about 2,000$. After getting settings dialed in and trying 2-3 different resins, I settled on Elegoos own gray resin. I found that after choosing the profile for the Saturn in Chitubox and using a 20-24s bottom layer exposure and 3s normal layer exposure I am able to get flawless prints at least 95% of the time, assuming I actually build supports correctly. With these settings I am also able to remove models from the build plate much more easily.

Really happy with this workhorse of a printer. I wore out parts on my older Elegoo Mars, and have been able to print so much more without problems on this printer. The build volume is massive, and it prints quickly and with more detail than I could ever paint. No complaints with this machine! One note, is that in my basement is cold, so I was having print failures over the late fall early winter until I build an enclosure to keep the printer warmer, and then it was back to 100%. Depending on the resin you use, the ambient temperature of the room can be important, so make sure to follow their specs.

Edit: (Updated Review after speaking with Elegoo): After the various issues I had with the printers, Elegoo reached out to help me correct my issues and help me to get started printing without any further problems. Although I did experience some defects initially, Elegoo definitely helped me to resolve them so if you have any problems with your printer, be sure to contact them and they will definitely help you too (replace parts, etc). Original (One Star Review): I am on my third Elegoo Saturn S and hoping that this one will not have any defects or issues like the other two. The first printer I purchased had a manufacturers defect with the build plate and resin vat. The second printer I purchased had a failing screen (right out of the box). I am hoping that the third printer will not have any issues, but I am skeptical. If Elegoo expects us to pay 350+ for the printer, it should at least come without any defects from the factory! When it does print, the print quality is quite nice; the only problem is actually getting a printer without any issues out of the box.

Easy to use, great quality prints, and a must have for your hobby needs. Makes awesome figures, especially for those shows or fandoms that dont merchandise the stuff you want. Cmon, guys, this is the closest were going to get to Star Treks replicators. Very helpful tech support as well. Five stars out of five, I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.
