I have used Formlabs, Stratasys, 3D systems , WOW, No name knock offs and by far this is the easiest and best 3D sla printer i have ever used. i sold my form1+ cause this thing just works

UPDATE: After all was said and done, they sent me a brand new printer and they made sure I didnt have to buy it back at a price increase by providing me with a personal coupon code. It was a bit of a hassle but Im happy with the printer. This is a train wreck. The official Elegoo store allowed someone to damage the z-axis rail, take half of the tools, nick & scratch the case and the LCD, get resin fingers on everything, THEN leave wet resin in the vat, repackage it such that the packaging could never be removed (to the point where you can hold the printer in the air from the stuck packing) and then they sent it to me as brand new. I have contacted them and they have still not reached out to help me. This is a hot potato and one of you will be sent this printer.

This is my first printer. I was worried it would take weeks to get dialed in and printing. No where near that. Maybe 3 days of learning and some simple prints and I was off to the races. The biggest bit of wisdom is to try to start off with recommendations from the manufacturer of the resin. That always helps. Happy Printing!

This is my first 3D printer, it was so easy to use, managed to produce great quality prints first try. Build plate leveling is fairly simple. If you are a noob like me just research maintenance and clean up, thats where I screwed up. Customer service is awesome, I ruined my printer screen cleaning it (noob mistake) contacted elegoo and they sent me a replacement for free. Over all im greatly satisfied with the purchase.

One of my Saturn printers was an early bird preorder, and the other was a purchase through Amazon after searching multiple times a day for a few weeks to find an actual retail priced printer. This machine is a beast, easy to use if you’re familiar with resin printing at all. I switched over from 3 anycubic Photons and have had better and more reliable prints. The build volume is great and I hope they announce some news about the Jupiter soon. I highly recommend this machine, I’d by 3 more if they were readily available at $499.

Absolutely love all three of my Elegoo printers (Mars, Mars 2Pro, and Saturn) as well as the Mercury Plus wash and cure station. I have spent a few hundred hours of printing time with this machine and it has absolutely met my expectations, and support has also been extremely helpful with any concerns I have had. There is also a very wonderful community behind these printers (especially the Saturn) that is extremely eager to help and share their knowledge and experience. For the price you cannot beat this package. My only complaint is that the Saturn does not have an air purifier built in like the Mars 2Pro, but Elegoo offers a very cheap usb charged battery powered pair of purifiers that absolutely eliminate that concern. I suspect that may be a standard feature on a future revision.

Have had the elegoo Saturn for serval months now. Printing was cake to get started and when we had a problem they responded very quickly. This is the printer you want.

Once you learn the ins and out of the machine it is a great printer.
