This printer prints great! easy set up, the quality of the prints are incredible. If your looking for detail in you models then look no further, this printer is for you.

Fantastic mid size printer. But if a learning curve coming from years of FDM but plenty of online support. Most importantly the manufacturer support is outstanding.

Updated: no instructions with replacement plate and bolts. Reddit users suggested this was a horrible idea from Elegoo support. Im returning it. Kinda mad because I almost hit my return window waiting on these parts. _____ The bolts to the resin tank don’t fit and will not hold it down. Therefore it cannot be used. I put in a support ticket with manf and it took several back and forths to get them to understand the problem. Then said they would send me a new set of bolts and red plate. My package has been sitting in California since the 9th. Today is the 23rd and tracking hasn’t moved. For something so expensive it shouldn’t have had this issue to start with. I’m going to miss my return window if they don’t get replacement parts to me. Very frustrating.

I received my Saturn Mid-February and struggled getting started, but Elegoo has a great Facebook presence with plenty of support. About a week ago I spilled resin all over the top of the printer and some leaked inside the case, upon taking apart I tore the ribbon cable to the screen. Much to my surprise Elegoo sent me a new screen, even though it wasnt a manufacture fault. I am thoroughly pleased with Ken and the support team at Elegoo. This company is top notch in helping newcomers get their printers up and running and the Facebook group has alot of knowledge to help you get yours up and going as well. Nice job Ken and Elegoo team.

Never expect it to be that good and reliable, when you dialled the correct setting then the rest is history. Having so much fun with it, just hope that the FEP that comes with it would hold for a long cause Ive been printing non-stop. By the way my unit doesnt come with a free FEP, not like the Mars 2 Pro with 2 extra FEP I dont know if it just my unit or that is the standard when you buy the SATURN.

my only gripe is that it doesnt have carbon filters like the newer models

The print quality when it printed was amazing. However I had 2 issues with the printer during time I owned it. On 1st issue support was helpful and got things resolved quickly.

Elegoo have an excellent product thats easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to trouble shoot. As someone completely new to resin printing I found the unit easy to navigate and to get printing right out of the box. Ive never had any trouble with prints and love being able to use the machine for a variety of different cosplay and miniature projects. I recommend this for a hobbyist or cosplayer who wants to get into resin printing but cant quite push for a larger, more expensive, model. Really worth the price point and an excellent upgrade from the Mars.
