This is a great mid size resin printer for an amazing price. I was lucky enough to get one of the pre-order units and it has been printing non-stop for roughly 9 months. I recently had an issue with the LCD screen (totally my fault) and the Elegoo customer support was great at helping me get a replacement part. Great printer with great support!

Decidí arriesgarme y comprar esta impresora Elegoo y realmente es una maravilla en todos los sentidos, la recomiendo definitivamente.

This printer is amazing. The print quality is amazingly detailed for 0.05mm layers and every print Ive done has been beautiful regardless of the resin Ive used. Displayed below are some prints Ive done. The crew member was a gift for my nephew and he loved it! Definitely a great printer to get when its in stock

This is a great printer even if you are a beginner. I have had this printer since it first came out and have had amazing prints come off it. The support from Elegoo has been amazing and timely. I also own the original Elegoo Mars and I still use that machine alongside the Saturn. The machine is dependable, easy to use and intuitive.

This is a great machine with a pretty low learning curve. Love how easy it is to get great prints. And their customer support is even better. Had my machine for about 6 months when a failed print caused the tank to leak and ruin the UV screen. I contacted Elegoo to see when screens would be in stock again as I needed to complete some prints for the holidays. They graciously sent me a new one free of charge and I was able to finish my prints. Highly recommend for the quality of the machine and the amazing customer service.

Update: I gave Elegoo an initial bad review out of frustration. After much practice I see that most of the issues I encounter was beginners mistakes failing to understand how to use the machine and the software, but still, I think Elegoo should do a better job explaining in detail how to use the software and go through all the trouble shooting issues. Here are some of the issues I encountered: 1) Failure to print: I adjusted the bottom settings to 40 and before printing, I scrape the plate well, sand it with a 220 grid sand paper and clean it with 99% alcohol. Now, my success rate is 9 out of 10 prints, more or less. 2) Frozen plate: Half way a print, the plate stopped and was no way to make it move. I contacted Elegoo and without many questions of problems they offered to send me a new motor. They did with a link on how to replace it. I replaced the old motor and now is working perfectly fine. Wish list: *I wish Elegoo put some handles on the cover to avoid staining them with resin, which will never come off if you let is dry. *Expand the machine manu with a trouble shooting window. Not knowing how to fix issues, especially the dont recognize file issue is the #1 complaint amoung users. * Replace the screw in for the resin container for something that we can snap on and off. I think many more imporvements are required to make the 3D printing experience a happy one, but so far, their customer service is 100%

This is only the 2nd resin printer Ive owned, but the fit and finish, as well as the featureset is much better than my Creality on. I was able to start printing within minutes of unboxing, and it did an amazing job paired with Lychee slicer. I have yet to setup the networking as Im short on jacks in the vicinity (wifi would have been nice) but ultimately moving a USB stick around is a small asking price if I never get a line run to it. Id definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a large...ish format resin printer. There are bigger ones out there, but it already takes a considerable amount of resin to fill this vat, much larger and youre dumping a whole liter to fill it up!

I admit, when I bought this printer I was rather intimidated. I had never used a resin printer before, but it wasnt nearly as difficult as I feared it would be to get started. I did read a few write ups and watched a few videos on how to startup, calibrate and use the machine first in order to ease my mind and prevent potential frustration. Regardless, it was still rather easy to get along with. The quality of the prints is more than I expected and much better than a lot of the mass produced miniatures Ive purchased at my FLGS. After about 10 months of rather consistent use, I did end up with an issue where my machine would restart after the first layer. I contacted Elegoo customer service and after minimal troubleshooting and the absolutely kindest, most responsive and helpful experience Ive had with any technical issues, my issue was resolved and a new part is being sent to me. Im incredibly excited to get back to printing with my Elegoo Saturn, and if I ever have an issue again, I know the exceptional customer service team with take care of me and ensure I can get back to enjoying my new hobby quickly!
