> 3 dayI cant recommend this printer enough! I absolutely love this thing. I am coming from an ANYCUBIC Photon S and this is like night and day in differences. Moving from a small build plate to this is a big change and had to really get to work on understanding supporting my prints. I love this thing and havent had any issues other than my own with it.

> 3 dayI am an FDM printer for almost a decade now and i have to say considering getting a resin printer took a lot of “what if” thinking. I was nervous about stepping into this area of printing. I watched a lot of videos and studied hard before taking the leap and buying the Elegoo Saturn S. I am super happy i decided to go with this model and more importantly Elegoo’s brand. After doing all the research before buying, i found that Elegoo really did the research and have developed systems that anybody can jump right into! All my worries about me not being able to grasp the concept or have success in resin printing melted away after my first test prints. Sure ive had some failures, but if you never fail then you never progress. Plus a failed print just gets you comfy with the vat cleaning process, which is a breeze, no sweat! Im usually back up n running within 15 minutes of a failed print now and im about to order another vat so i can just quick swap and be running in a matter of a few minutes. The print failures happen from the input parameters you give the machine, if you feed it the wrong info you could have a fail, but if you give it the right info it prints flawlessly every time so its really just honing in on your settings skills for each print. The software is all super user friendly, easy to obtain and learn. The parts this machine produces is in my opinion are on par or far better than some injection molded parts. The accuracy is ridiculously accurate and the machine itself is extremely easy to use overall! Ive had it for 3 weeks now and have put 2000+ ml of resin through it so far and everything has been functioning nominally. Absolutely no complaints, i have none lol! The resins from Elegoo are fantastic as well, superb finish quality, easy to clean and post process is a breeze! I also purchased the Mercury X Bundle wash n cure system from Elegoo and I strongly recommend this system for anyone who resin prints. It just makes life easy after the print is completed. You take it off the printer, set either the print by itself or the whole build plate in the wash bin, let it do its thing, let the part dry, throw it in the curing machine and a couple minutes later your part is done and ready to rock! I cannot say enough about the quality of the machine and prints and overall with Elegoo as a brand. They really made my own personal experience getting into resin printing so extremely easy and effortless and their support is amazing to back it all up! Thank you Elegoo for making it so easy to get into this area of printing. You really thought of everything so that we the novices dont struggle! I appreciate you!

> 3 dayElegoo wants to be the leader in prosumer resin 3d printing. They have proven this by delivering advanced products that works as advertised and backed it up with superior customer care. Recently, I had a resin vat stripped screws while changing the FEP and they offered to replace the tank (with FEP) for no charge. They shipped it to me in a handful of days also at no charge. I also purchased a Neptune-X FDM printer from them and also very pleased with that one. It takes no support since as a cartesian printer, there is already a ton of YouTube videos out there on everything you need to know to use and maintain it. For users in the U.S., sometimes there is hesitancy with relying on companies far away in China. Well, in the case of Elegoo, they are right there to support its customers as we have come to expect from all successful manufacturers in the U.S. and elsewhere. I would highly recommend their 3D printing products which seem to be leading a large contingency of competitors in this market.

Greater than one weekSo this is my first 3D printer. Lets just say its amazing!! I took about 2 years to figure out what style of printer I wanted and this was the one. It came between the Elegoo Mars and Elegoo Saturn 4k <---- this was the deciding factor hands down. Ive only printed one thing so far and Im pretty happy with it. Im starting a new soon cause I love to paint miniatures and it will be something star wars related!! The a couple things bad happened to me was I had to get a replacement machine due to a screw defect and I had a power failure happen and the plate doesnt stopped it gets to the top screw cover and just powers through it. I contact support again and they said they would send me a replacement part 3 weeks ago and Im still waiting on it. Lastly resin smells pretty bad so look into something to help with that. Im thinking about there air filter thats USB charged but not sure yet. Im using carbon filter that I made and Ill let you know how that goes on my next print. Now Im looking into the kickstarter Jupiter and may buy in not sure yet though!

> 3 dayAfter several months of using FDM printers, I decided to give resin printing a try. I searched out reviews and user groups and decided on the Saturn. Im glad I did. Setting up the machine was simple and straightforward, and I was able to make some amazing prints right away. I used Chutibox and Lychee slicer, and both worked fine. A couple of weeks later, I attempted a very difficult print that I didnt set up supports properly for and finally had a failed print. What I didnt know as a Noob was that you MUST check your resin tank for stuck parts of the print and I didnt. That resulted in the FEP getting a hole in it and resin leaking onto the LCD Screen. I applied isopropyl alcohol and tried to wipe it off. That got some, but not all, so I used a single edge razor blade to gently try and remove the rest, and alas, tore a hole in my polarizing film. Arrrgh! Stupid Noob mistake. And of course, after that, I had a nice little tower at that spot on my prints, wasting a lot of resin. Searching YouTube, I found a video on replacing the polarizing film instead of buying a whole new LCD screen. Nope, not sure what I did wrong, but that didnt work. The next step was trying to order the LCD Screen but, the Amazon source wanted $150, so I checked Elegoos website, and they were out of stock. I emailed them asking when they were going to be back in stock. They emailed back within a business day and asked me why I needed a new FEP. I replied back and explained my stupid Noob mistake, and they replied back once more asking for my Amazon order number and photos of the damaged screen. Well low and behold, a couple of days later, I received an email with a tracking number for a new LCD free of charge! Wow! Thats the first time since I started using 3D printers this spring that Ive had something like that happen. The new LCD screen arrived a few days later and I installed it according to their instructional video and Im back up and running. I did have to update the firmware, but that took about 4 minutes after downloading the files from their website. Since then, Ive also bought their Mercury X washing and Curing bundle, and so far, thats working great also. Ive since bought a second resin vat, a PEI magnetic build plate, and screen protectors for the LCD screen. The machine works flawlessly, has a decent size build plate, and runs much quieter than my FDM printers. In summary, I cant recommend Elegoo strongly enough. A solid machine and amazing support is a hard combination to beat.

> 3 dayExtremely easy to setup, literally ready to print within 10 minutes of getting it. Unpackaged plugged in and leveled the plate. Do some research and learn what you need to do before you start printing. I watched some youtube videos and read forums before I got the printer. I ended up damaging the LCD screen somehow a couple months after getting the printer. I emailed Elegoo through Amazon and they are shipping me a new LCD, free of charge. Terrific people at Elegoo. I share custody of my children with my ex wife and I have them in the summers. My 14year old son was here with me all summer and we had such a great time with this printer, finding prints, making our own gadgets and brainstorming on what we could come up with. It was priceless for me to bond with my son like this, we literally spent hours upon hours in the garage designing and coming up with new ideas. He learned how to design in fusion 360 (free version) and ended up teaching me some stuff. Truly grateful for this amazing printer.

> 3 dayI love, love this printer! It has a decently large print area, and has very good print quality. Note that Im only giving it 4 stars because the Saturn has been eclipsed by a newer model with even higher print quality, but this printer is still excellent. The best part about buying this printer is that youre also buying Elegoo customer service; which is absolutely phenomenal. No matter what problem youre having, within 24 hours (theyre in China, so there is a bit of a turn-around time) theyve sent an answer. Never once did they make me feel stupid, nor give bad advice. On the two occasions I needed parts, they sent me tracking numbers with a day - and I was back running shortly afterwards. This may, or may not, be a beginner printer - but Elegoo makes it easy. I will absolutely be ordering from their company again!

> 3 dayI was replacing the tank FEP and lost one of the vat bolts. I contacted Tech Support to see where I could buy a new bolt and they said send them my address and Amazon order number and they would send a replacement. Thats awesome considering the problem was mine. I wish more companies had this level of support!

> 3 dayThis is my first 3d printer. I spent a lot of time researching before settling in on one to buy. I choose the Elegoo Saturn for 2 main reasons. First resin has the level detail I was looking for. The second, its very simple to put together and use. I was printing the test item provided with the printer within 30 minutes, and most of that was me watching setup videos to make sure I did it right. I like this machine. Most of my issues printing have been because of my own ignorance. Needed to watch more videos on the software, had several misprint due to my own lack of experience That being said the machine itself is super easy to setup. While it does not auto level, that is simple enough to do manually. Its much quieter than I thought it would be. Two caveats, first I wish the instructions had been more detailed. Especially when it comes to cleaning. The second is a feature I wish they would add to the machine. A bubble level built in to the machine would be nice. I thought I had it on a level surface until I poured in the resin, then it was obviously leaning by the way the resin was sitting in the reservoir. For my first 3d printer I have been very happy with this. There is a learning curve to using it, but I have enjoyed what I have printed so far.
