> 3 dayElegoo customer support is amazing, hands down. If you have issues contact them and see if they can help. I own two printers and a wash station and am pleased with all of them.

> 3 daySo i recently started selling models online after having my 2 Mars 2s and an OG Mars for a while (love those printers as well) and decided i needed to up my game with this larger printer to produce more models and larger models. The printer is fantastic, pretty much print ready right out of the box (just leveled the build plate). And first print was a major success. I now have a giant koi fish dragon to throw at my players. If you are looking for an affordable large 4k printer then the mars is for you!!

> 3 dayIf your shopping for a warranty this is not the product to get. Due to the pandemic, and shipping issues. I reported an issue to the tech team got forwarded, waited a week for one reply, had to wait another week for another reply describing how to disassemble the printer, to find potentially the issue.i.e. voiding the warranty. I havnt heard back from the tech team sense. Typically I wouldnt mind Ordering from over seas but this is near scam levels of service. Recommend the printer when its operational, however I do not see my self advocating or boasting about Elegoo again. I wouldnt recommend this product at this time.

> 3 dayThe larger print bed made a miles worth of difference for me in my production capability in comparison to my elegoo Mars Pro. The set up was much the same in terms of ease of use. My only complaint is that after about 3 weeks my touch screen seemed to have broken. That being said support has worked with me to see about getting that replaced and hopefully it corrects the issue. If that doesnt work then I might change my review but otherwise support has been consistent.

> 3 day-Updated- After my experience I moved on and did not expect to hear from Elegoo. I was surprised when they contacted me and stated that they wanted to make things right. They sent me a Saturn and compensation resin and I told them I would give it one more try. I went through the set up process, leveled the bed, tested the LCD, and tried out the printer. After my previous failures I was able to print the Rook Test prints to satisfaction. I notified their product support staff and am posting this here. While my previous experience was bad, I am truly appreciative that Elegoo sought me out after the fact and went out of their way to make things right. They could have easily left me behind and move on to the next customer. I am going to change my Overall rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars because of their effort to make things right. I am withholding only one star because of the previous experience. After experiencing their product there a a few features I find superior to other brands and I feel I should mention them. First the plate is angled allowing resin to drip off more cleanly as opposed to some flat plates that allow the resin to pool at the top (makes for more cleaning). This may sound like a simple feature with little value, however anyone spending a lot of time printing knows just how much time it can take to clean afterwards. Second- the resin basin fits more exactly with the guides and the screws that hold the resin basin are more aligned. This makes for a clean and easy removal of the basin with a sure fit to reinstall it, another time saving feature that helps protect the LCD. Third, when purchasing a new product from Elegoo they provide more of the basic materials to get started like tools and accessories. With the Saturn you will find a small care package consisting of a few gloves, masks, filters, tools and accessories to get started. (Just dont forget the resin). I hope this review helps not only potential buyers but Elegoo. Below you will find my original review, unaltered. Thank you. I hate writing a bad review, I give the company a few chances to make things right before I do so. Unfortunately I have to do so with this product. I was very excited to purchase this product and eager to see my creations come to life! I read all of the instructions, watched hours of videos and every day I would have failed prints. Granted there is a huge learning curve to resin printing and most of us will go through many trial and errors! I noticed that all of my prints were experiencing a similar trait, half of the print was pristine, and half of it was warped and striated. No matter what print, what orientation, what settings, every single print had this uniform error. I tried other slicing software, I tried stock and varied exposure settings and I made sure to update the firmware. Frustrated, I contacted Elegoos service tech and explain that I had gone through 1.5 liters of resin (at $34-$40 per liter) and sent them pictures of the problem described. The tech asked me to send them the chitubox files and that they wanted me to be happy, so they would send me some replacement resin. I immediately sent the requested files and a couple days later the tech responding stating that he did not have chitubox software at home and he would get back to me after holiday. I found this peculiar as, A) chitubox is a free program anyone can get and use. Why would the tech for a company that uses this and distributes it with its product not have it? and B) why would a tech on holiday respond only to say Ill help you after holiday (is there only one tech?) I realized then my window to return/exchange the printer was rapidly closing and several days had past without any company interaction. I wrote them again, stating that I am going to exchange the printer and did that. Yesterday I received my new Elegoo Saturn, went through the entire setup process only to discover that the LCD plate is not functioning. I received the typical form letter from Elegoo stating that I would be getting a bottle of resin soon and please take a moment to write a review. I received the bottle of resin, however it was basic resin and half the size (500 ml). When I made my first purchase I also bought the wash and cure station, two 1k liter bottles of Elegoo ABS-like Resin, two mini Elegoo air purifiers. So in all over 750.00 in Elegoo merchandise. So once again I have to pack up the Saturn and return it. However this time I contacted amazon and got a refund instead. I am going to spend a bit more money and try the AnyCubic instead. I just wanted to share this review as this has been an overall very frustrating experience. I wanted to give them 1 star, however the packaging was excellent as they took great care to make sure the product was safe in transit so I have them an extra star for that. Considering every single print I attempted came up striated and warped on half of the model I gave 1 star. The tech support made the whole situation worse, I wish it could have been better because I really wanted this to work. SO one star for that. Lastly I did give 5 stars for the touch screen because that feature worked perfectly. I hope this review helps not only the future buyers, but also Elegoo fine tune their product and their customer relations.

> 3 dayI have a SeeMeCNC Rostock Max V3 (delta FDM) , Elegoo Mars Pro and the Elegoo Saturn. I absolutely love my Saturn!! I use it 90% of the time just b/c of the detail of the prints!! My FDM is great for big and fast. But for true display pieces I always use my Saturn. Large print area and amazing detail.

> 3 dayI design and print items for model railroading vehicles. I have had 7 Elegoo printers and loved them all. Resin printing requires more support equipment than FDM printers and has other considerations, so I suggest beginners do some research before using resin printers. My experience with Elegoo support has been very good and they are known for great customer support.

> 3 dayBought this as a replacement to an anycubic machine that took a crap on me. I was impressed right away with this machine, as it was a bit more straight forward on its setup. I like the menu options better and the software is okay, but nothing to write home about. However. There is a learning curve with resin printers, I got this machine because I do alot of miniatures, and when I say alot I mean it. This thing cranks out awesome minis when you take the time to set it up properly. Be patient, this machine prints a little slow. But will give you beautiful models when you are dont with it. (Also get a magnetic build plate, I got one from a 3rd party seller but it will make your life 10x easier!)

Greater than one weekGreat machine as long as you tune your settings! Ive had some really great prints using max build volume. The value for the money isnt bad either. Im glad this was my first printer, I wish I could get my hands on a second one, but the scalpers are snagging them too quickly.
