UPDATE: After all was said and done, they sent me a brand new printer and they made sure I didnt have to buy it back at a price increase by providing me with a personal coupon code. It was a bit of a hassle but Im happy with the printer. This is a train wreck. The official Elegoo store allowed someone to damage the z-axis rail, take half of the tools, nick & scratch the case and the LCD, get resin fingers on everything, THEN leave wet resin in the vat, repackage it such that the packaging could never be removed (to the point where you can hold the printer in the air from the stuck packing) and then they sent it to me as brand new. I have contacted them and they have still not reached out to help me. This is a hot potato and one of you will be sent this printer.

I own 3 resin 3d printers, an Anycubic Photon (original), Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k and now the Elegoo Saturn. I think the Saturn is by far the best built of them all. What really sets the machine apart is Elegoos customer support. I had an issue with my buildplate (it was not flat) so I messaged the support team and they responded quickly with kindness and respect. Not the way Phrozen had responded to me. They are fixing the issue with only a few questions about specifics. I didnt feel like I had done something wrong. I would buy more Elegoo products just for that simple fact. Keep up the great work Elegoo.

Picked up the Saturn a couple months ago and have had a great experience so far. After a couple prints without any issues I had a mindflayer mini fall off its supports and ended up piercing the FEP and damaging the screen. Elegoo was super helpful and got me a replacement free of charge after a few weeks. I was able to keep printing while waiting on it to arrive and even with a scratched screen the prints were amazing. Settings have been pretty easy to dial in and Ive had very few failures since. I definitely recommend this printer to anyone wanting to get into resin printing! I definitely recommend usi g a washing/curing machine as well, it makes the post processing much simpler once you establish a routine.

Little to no instructions on how use. Watch YouTube video for looking up settings. Did test print came out fine. First time using print models some came out some failed probably due supports. Next same thing model failed print. After that nothing has stuck to build plate. Everything since stuck to bottom of resin vat. Edit-after issues starting out and leaving low review Elegoo reached out to help correct issues. Good service and support from company

This is the new standard for price and performance in resin 3d printing. Its fast, easy to use and ridiculously good for the price. You will not regret getting this. Comparing this to a formlabs 2&3 this simply blows them away.

Upgrading from a Mars. This printer is a breeze to setup and get printing. Print volume is nice and this printer is a lot quieter than the Mars. Fewer fans. The sand blasted build plate is nice. No adhesion issues yet. One note on tripling you build plate size: it’s a lot to clean. I use a wham bam flex plate on the Mars, so I didn’t clean the build plate after every print. I’d just pop it off and flex it into the ultrasonic. I forgot how much work there was getting the print off and cleaning the build plate. I just ordered a flax plate for this one. If you are going to get one of these, get a flex plate. Wait until you get your printer before you order it though. Apparently there are 3 different plate sizes. All just a few mm apart. This one is 192x126 (v3). You should measure it before you get one. A note on price gouging: Elegoo sells an awesome reliable machine at a price significantly below the competitors price point. There are many new stores popping up on Amazon that bought as many of these as they could and raised the price to somewhere between $850-1400. They suck. I waited weeks for it to be offered by Elegoo to get the right price.

I received my Saturn Mid-February and struggled getting started, but Elegoo has a great Facebook presence with plenty of support. About a week ago I spilled resin all over the top of the printer and some leaked inside the case, upon taking apart I tore the ribbon cable to the screen. Much to my surprise Elegoo sent me a new screen, even though it wasnt a manufacture fault. I am thoroughly pleased with Ken and the support team at Elegoo. This company is top notch in helping newcomers get their printers up and running and the Facebook group has alot of knowledge to help you get yours up and going as well. Nice job Ken and Elegoo team.

This is a great printer even if you are a beginner. I have had this printer since it first came out and have had amazing prints come off it. The support from Elegoo has been amazing and timely. I also own the original Elegoo Mars and I still use that machine alongside the Saturn. The machine is dependable, easy to use and intuitive.

I purchased two of these units to add to my maker workshop. We build studio scale models for the gaming and movie studios and been using 3D FDM printers for years. I was excited to try SLA printers to capture even higher detail but the experience hasnt been great. Were only having about a 40-60% print success rate on both machines. We have tried numerous print settings, and have consumed countless FEP sheets, resin and IPA due to failures. We are using Elegoo resin with its recommended settings and still with limited success. When the prints do succeed they are beautiful but at the cost of failure, it just to hight to continue using these units.
