Elegoo never disappoints with their quality and customer service. Best midsized printer on the market.

Definitely the best resin printer for size, quality and price. Have had no issues with it since printing and have been printing everyday for the last few weeks. I certainly recommend!

Elegoo has a great Printer here with the Saturn. Their customer service is also top notch. They are quick to reply and totally helped me out with my new Saturn.

Im huge into minis and painting them as a hobby and finally decided I should get my own printer to save money in larger quantities of them. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts I have continued and to fail and wasted a full 1000g bottle of resin so far. Im not at all familiar with 3d printing and perhaps its a possibility that there is some implied tasks that I havent properly done or have no knowledge of. Im not entirely sure what is going wrong simply that it is going wrong. The prints are not forming at all on the test print despite numerous leveling attempts. I understood this wouldnt be something Id pick up over night, so I decided to contact support to see if there was in fact something I was missing and hoped to avoid getting discouraged. I contacted support via email and was assured Id be given assistance in whatever failings I was not recognizing. I understand the holidays are a fairly busy time for any company and was pleasantly surprised that I was answered very quickly initially. However, I was not answered again after the first contact and have waited nearly two weeks for a response that I dont expect to come. Ive watched several videos and made many efforts to correct whatever was happening but the resin pool began leaking and I havent even had a successful test print. I cant recommend this to anyone as anything other than a large waste of money and time as of now. EDIT: After reading the review the company attempted to reach out and make things right. They were responsive and helpful but only for about 3 days before going right back to dropping all contact for an extended period of time. It has been 11 days now and I dont believe they will be answering again. Massive waste of effort and money. Another Edit: The company sent me a free resin bottle and FEP replacements as the initial one was faulty and leaking. It was a long, frustrating process but finally worked out in the end. The company did everything they could to make things right.

I love this printer. I bought it right after I bought a Mars 2 Pro, and they are my absolute favorite. The print quality is gorgeous, they are very quiet, and the tech support is the best. I just had the motor go out in this specific machine, and after a few short emails they offered to send a whole new one free of charge. I bought the printers based on the pretense that Elegoo had the best service and i was not left down. I very much recommend this printer. Its been my favorite big kid toy ever.

Software issue day 1. I may send it back. Not what everyone was saying about it at all. Definitely not plug and play. Installed slicer doesn’t create files that can be recognized by the printer. No answer from Elegoo so far. Not for beginners not for anything actually. No help yet anywhere. Crap.

The quality and speed of this machine are awesome. Very easy to use, especially since Elegoo provided recommended slicer settings for their resins. Their customer support is also very helpful and quick to respond. If youre looking into resin printing, keep an eye out for stock on this and pounce when they come in because they sell out fast.

I own 3 resin 3d printers, an Anycubic Photon (original), Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k and now the Elegoo Saturn. I think the Saturn is by far the best built of them all. What really sets the machine apart is Elegoos customer support. I had an issue with my buildplate (it was not flat) so I messaged the support team and they responded quickly with kindness and respect. Not the way Phrozen had responded to me. They are fixing the issue with only a few questions about specifics. I didnt feel like I had done something wrong. I would buy more Elegoo products just for that simple fact. Keep up the great work Elegoo.

This was my very first 3D printer of any kind. Prior to purchasing, I watched dozens of videos on both FDM and SLA printers with most of them recommended starting with a filament style (FDM) printer. I suppose this was due to the many complexities (and the additional work required) to get a quality 3D resin print. However, the Elegoo Saturn has been an absolute dream from the first print (the obligatory Rook) to printing some parts for model rockets and finally printing some miniatures. Along with Elegoos Grey ABS Resin, I have not had a failed print yet. The sandblasted texture on the build plate allows very consistent adhesion. In fact the only issue I did have was a little difficulty getting that first Rook print off of the build plate. The construction of the printer seems very solid from build plate to vat to chassis. The unit pretty heavy to move around but I would say thats a good thing. You want it to be sturdy. The 4K resolution provides very satisfying detail and at .05mm layer height (all Ive used so far) I cant see any distinguishable layer lines. For anyone looking for a well built, reliable and easy to use 3D printer I would recommend the Elegoo Saturn. The one thing I was not impressed with was Elegoos support (otherwise this would have been a 5 star review). I had an issue with some of the files on the included USB thumb drive so I sent an email (I would prefer to call but they didnt provide a U.S based phone number that I could see). Anyway they never did answer my question or respond to my email. I eventually solved the issue by re-formatting the USB drive and downloading the most recent files from the Elegoo website but it would have been nice to hear back from them. I now feel that if there is an issue down the road, Im not going to get a lot of help from the manufacturer.
