Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

I own Freud saw blades so when I needed a big router bit I wanted something good. Unfortunately this one chipped within the first 40 of board I ran through it. It arrived in a flimsy plastic package with Styrofoam holding the shank of the bit (which does not hold it tightly). Not the packaging I was expecting from Freud. When it was working it made a nice cut. Unfortunately it wasnt for long.

Cost to much , way over price

I build guitar amp cabinets and this round over bit has been the best by FAR. The extra two cutters make a HUGE difference. I wont buy anything else when I need another one,,,,IF, I need another one.;)

Works great for 5 mill edge banding

These bits Are spectacularly good. Even in wood known for bad tear out like Oak, they produce wonderfully finished round overs. Also on Woods that burn badly like cherry or maple they leave virtually no burn marks.

This router bit is typical of a Freud bit. It is well construted and smooth cutting. How can you go wrong?

I used this bit to round over the edges on a piece of furniture just completed. It did a beautiful job. Nice clean edges, no need to do any follow up sanding.

I upgraded my old 1/4” round over bit to this one because the old one had a 1/4” shank and I got tired of having to replace collars between bits.

Just a basic roundover bit, but it does exactly what its supposed to. I have several other Freud bits in use and all work well.

It was delivered on time. It comes in a hard case for protection, and it worked flawlessly with a very smooth finish that needed little sanding. Will buy Freud again.
