This is a great bit. Leaves a smooth corner. Thanks!

I have several router bits and Ive learned that Freud is the only way to go if you want a quality bit that wont break after a few uses. Yes, they are expensive, but the quality is well worth it.

The product worked fine, but a 1/16” radius is really small. Double check your work. I really needed a 1/8” radius so I ended up buying a bit from another supplier because I was in a rush. But the product from this supplier cut well and felt like good quality.

I really prefer the smaller radius cut provided by this bit compared to a 1/8 in roundover. Keeps a thicker, more squared off profile while still breaking the edges which is perfect for my project style. Sure you could do the same thing with sandpaper, but it wouldnt be nearly as consistent especially if you are a new-ish wood worker like me.

Great with the Makita trim router for edge detail. Freud quality of course. Recommend.

Bought this to cut ball type feet for tables (red oak); a lot of the cut is end grain. This Freud bit really cut cleanly (I wasnt using the smaller blades that create the step profile, just the round over portion). Freud didnt make a bearing-less profile for the other cut. So for this project I bought a CMT bit to cut the inner radius and though new, it did not cut near as cleanly as the Freud. It cut better than my used 3/4 bit, but that one has been used for cutting phenolic and the corners are chipped off it. Ive never been able to truly compare different brand bits as I never used more than one new bit at a time until now. I was pleasantly surprised to see how the Freud cut better because I always suspected they were better than most others Ive used. I have a number of CMT bits and think they are good; the new one was sharp enough to cut my finger just lifting it up into the machine mounted router, but most of my bits are Freud. They are sharp and stay that way a long time... if you dont cut phenolic.

I needed this to round off the corners of a plywood platform before upholstering it. Worked perfect. Just what I needed. Good quality. Ill be using this again.

Another Freud router bit to add to my collection. Incredible quality. And they stay sharp longer than other brands of bits. I stopped buying any other than Freud router bits several years ago. You get what you pay for.
