> 3 dayGood Freud bit. Didn’t realize how small a 1/16th round over is though. No point in routing one. One pass of sandpaper or block would give the same result.

Greater than one weekI have about a dozen different brands of router bits and Freud are some of the best I own. This bit is no exception. Clean cuts with little to no sanding required. Very sharp. I have used it now on several projects and it shows no signs of slowing down.

Greater than one weekAs a complete amateur to using a router, I had a hard time selecting the right bit. There were many cheaper bits, but I wanted something that would last for multiple projects. We used this bit to round over edges on 2x4s and 4x4s (treated yellow). Stayed sharp and true throughout the entire project. Had good weight and was a well built item. Bit did as well at the end of our project as it did the beginning. I debated on whether or not this was the right radius for the 2xs that we were using. I didnt want completely round edges, but I wanted enough so a falling child was less likely to split his head open. It was the right choice and added a good finish to our project.
