Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

This is a large bit and sells most places for much more. I purchased this as my first Quadra cut bit. Wow!!!! This thing is amazing. I cut cross grain on red oak and took the whole cut in one pass. Smooooth as silk. Quadra cut it fantastic.

Cut was smooth and easy.

I used this bit in my router table to make a tight knot cedar hand railing.

Bought for a set of cornhole boards I am making. Worked perfectly and was the perfect size for this task. Nice to have a small radius router bit.

Ive primarily used this bit in a router table, finishing quarter-sawn oak. It does a great job finishing end grain. I love Freud router bits and table saw blades!

Very good product

Used this bit to round edge of a soapstone counter. Profiled the 33x22 sink cutout and the entire perimeter of the 36x102 slab in one pass and the cutter still seems sharp. No chips in the stone either. One annoying thing was the bearing left scratches in the stone... perhaps the friction between the stone and bearing wasnt enough to keep the bearing from spinning. Nothing some sandpaper didnt fix.

There are not many 1/8 radius round over bits out there. This wasnt too costly, the bearing is smooth, and works just as expected. After using for about a hundred feet of plywood edge the cut is still very smooth.

A really nice bit! Leaves a very good finish, no splintering or chipping. I used this on the edge of kitchen cabinet doors for my daughters kitchen, so it had to look nice. Saved me a lot of time sanding! Worth the money!
