Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

Best round over bit Ive ever used.

Just finished routing over 40 feet of finger joint boards and the last board looks as good at the first. I tried two other brands that both burned the wood and dulled the bit. This is now my favorite brand. I did not have to baby the bit. This bit was fantastic. Over the years I always had to go slow and baby the bits when doing wood but not these bits. I saved a lot of time and frustration. Thanks!

Sharp, well made, and extremely durable. Cuts beautiful rounded-over edges on pine, maple, oak, and walnut. Handles everything I throw at it. I will definitely be buying more Freud router bits in the future!

I once read an interesting product blurb on the Freud quadra cutters that explained how half the blades cut up while the other half cut down to improve smoothness. However they do it - it works. If youre wanting to do full-radius bullnose finishing on 2-by stock - heres your product. One pass on each side (its a deep cut - dont go too fast...) and done. Smooth burnished cut that didnt need further sanding for my application. This is an expensive bit. Its worth it.

It appeared sharp and ready to go, my mistake was not going over it with the diamond first and tore the crap out of the edges on a custom item I was making. $$$ loss, my bad for not sharpening it myself. Watch em!

If you want a good sharp bit, then this one fits the bill.
