> 24 hourThis computer is a real disappointment! I returned it the same day. It shutdown itself without any warning. the images are dull, is not bright at all. Its a waste of money. I returned it since 5 days and till now no acknowledge receipt, no response while they already took the money from my account.

> 24 hourAt first, everything worked perfectly! I thought it was a GREAT value for the money. Fast forward 5 months later, the network adapter malfunctioned for no apparent reason, conveniently after the software warranty expired (3 months). Thankfully I purchased the warranty option with asurion but there is still an out of pocket cost which doesnt make me happy AT ALL (since the laptop is basically brand new), plus getting it repaired is such a hassle.

> 24 hourWithin a few hours of setting up the laptop, the entire screen randomly turned black with pink and white stripes everywhere. The screen would not return to normal until I restarted the laptop. This happened multiple times, so I ended up returning it.

> 24 hourThe reviews are not dramatic. I choose to ignore them. The touch screen went out first. Then the whole screen died. Seller did nothing to help. Don’t buy this. Replaced with a dell for the same cost.
