The light is very easy to attach to my kindle touch. The padding on the clip itself is great so there no chance of scratching or damaging the kindle. The light gives all enough light and even better you got two options on brightness. Another great thing I like about it is that it came with a battery in the light itself and also had two additional batteries for future use. Most time your lucky to get a battery with things these days. The light is small and dont get in way of reading. it has its own velvet carrying bag with straps while not in use. Overall the light is great. no uses that i can tell of yet.

I received the Kandle as a Christmas gift to replace my other book light. I was using a mighty bright with a flexible neck but I found it was so top heavy it kept falling off my Kindle if moved even slightly. This product has been great. It stays where you put it, it has two brightness settings and can be angled a couple different ways. The Kandle is nice and small and it still lights up the entire screen. The only downside is that the product clip is a little too deep. When pushed all the way onto the Kindle it comes down over the screen. I use the Kindle Touch and I can still see the top line of text but Im not sure if this would be an issue on any other device. Over all I love this product and definitely recommend it!

Very lightweight and feels nice, almost velvety in texture. It stays put and doesnt slide around at all. The light is almost too bright at first. I bought so I could read at night without disturbing my husband and 2 year old who sometimes sleeps in our bed, but its so bright it almost lights up the bedroom as much as my bedside lamp. I find myself trying to angle my Kindle so that the light isnt shining in anyones eyes. But it slowly fades, so that after an hour or so of reading, I have to turn it up to the high setting to keep the bottom of my screen lit. It also eats batteries and Im a heavy reader, so its not practical to use every night. Ive gone back to using my bedside lamp most of the time. I still like it for camping, power outages, reading away from home, etc. But its the best ereader light Ive found.

This is the perfect reading light for your traditional book or e-reader! With 3 LED lights situated horizontally across the frame, and 2 brightness levels, you have all the light you need to read in comfort wherever you are. Lights illuminate the whole page, with only slightly less brightness at the very bottom of the page. The patent pending grip does not block the screen on any eBook reader. Works well on regular books as well--no blocking text, and plenty of light so no eyestrain. I easily positioned this light on my Kindle, which has a cover, and I can still close and secure the cover even with the light attached. Very convenient! Comes with 2 CR2O32 batteries installed (plus an extra set of batteries). Also comes with a protective pouch for traveling. Very lightweight and compact. The best portable reading light Ive tried! Ill keep this light for decades!

I love this book light. Its small but powerful. It even fits in the outer pocket of my Kindle case by Belkin (tho, its for the 2nd generation Kindle not the latest, which I have so theres a little extra room.) I dont understand people who say its not bright enough. Ive not found that to be a problem at all. The one thing I dont like about this book light is the placement of the power switch. Its located in the exact place you need to place your thumb to squeeze open the clip. That means every time you put it on or take it off the Kindle, youre either turning it on or turning it off unintentionally. Thats kind of a pain but not a deal-killer. I do think the price is a bit steep as well, but that obviously didnt keep me from buying it.

I scoured Amazon and the other reviews for a Kindle light, and was excited to discover something perfectly matched for my Kindle! I wanted something small and bright, so I could read in bed without disturbing the spouse. Some of the reviews mention that it is too dim for night reading, but this looked to perfect so I ordered it anyway. Upon receiving my Kandle II, I was impressed by the quality of the design and feel. It complements the Kindle perfectly. However, that night, when I turned it on, it shined brightly for 2 minutes and then faded away to an unreadable dim level. I tried for 2 weeks to make it work (even replacing the batteries), but no success. My Kandle would start out bright and fade out in a matter of minutes. Flustered, I emailed their customer support, and was pleasantly surprised to have someone reply back to me within an hour! I explained the problem to Bryan from Ozeri, and he mailed me a replacement Kandle a day later, no questions asked! The replacement unit is amazingly bright, and illuminates the entire Kindle screen for hours on end. This little light, while expensive, totally rocks! If yours has a problem, email Ozeri and they will take care of it!

I havent used the light enough to know how the battery life is but so far I am happy with this purchase. This lights the whole screen evenly. As others have mentioned, the clip seems too big for the Kindle 3 so you need to move it up and just use the edge of the clip so it doesnt cover the screen. If the design was changed to rest on the top like the Octovo Solis, it would lighten the weight and BE PERFECT! The light comes with a nice storage case and seems to be very well made - other than the clip design which is OK but could be better.

Watched the product review about the light and gave it a try. Glad I did! It is everything that the reviewer said it would be. Havent used the hi setting on the light since there is no need. The first setting is plenty bright enough and it covers the whole reading area of my kindle keyboard. I have tried so many other goose-neck clip on lights before for the kindle and they have always had a shadow and limited spray of light. Plus the clip on has always been rather bulky with the cover on. When the Kandle is clipped on there is no bulkiness protruding out by the cover being attached. The handy travel pouch is a cool feature as well. Small and compact enough to stash in my purse. A valuable tool to have when I wait in the car, reading at night, during my boys boy scout meetings.

I needed a light for my Kindle touch that would actually fit ON the Kindle. I also needed to be not too bright, because I wanted to read while I was nursing the baby in the middle of the night, and I didnt want it to wake him up. This light clips on via clamp, so it fits on my Kindle or on the case, and it has two brightness settings, so I can choose how much light I want/need. I find this incredibly useful. This is the third light I bought for the Kindle. The first one didnt work, and the second one didnt fit. This one was a bit more expensive than the other two, but since it works it was well worth it. I wish I would have just bought this one in the first place. I highly recommend it.

If a gift from a couple of years ago, it was well received! No complaints!
