Saved me lots of hours pulling new wire in old boats. Helps save a little time when you get something mislabeled on new boats.

Very good tool to telcom accurate and reliable

I got this device to trace some wires. So far, I have not been successful in doing so, with this device. Perhaps I am using it work. In any case, I have been forced to solve my wiring problems other ways. Sadly, as a consequence, I can not recommend this device. I have lots of other tools made by the same company. They all work great. This one doesnt, at least for me.

I forgot one connection and couldnt figure out where the wire was. Followed the instructions for this tool and found it right away. Saved me tons of work.

Bought the slightly used version

Worked perfectly. Was able to trace the wires and repair the break without digging up all 1000 feet of three conductors was able to isolate and repair
