> 24 hourI have a connective tissue disorder (EDS) that causes my joints to be hyper mobile. My knees, regardless of how much PT I do to strengthen, still dislocate, as do my elbows and many smaller joints like fingers. During the hotter months, my joints get worse, and the colder months make my joints stiffer and therefore less painful. I had a friend recommend these to me after they had a sports injury. Best. Idea. Ever. I slap these babies on and around my knees and look out world, I’m held together with tape, but I’m coming through!! I do have to be careful removing the tape, just because I bruise easily and can tear my skin very easily, but the adhesion is spectacular! These bad boys aren’t moving anywhere! I also love that they are discreet, so I can still wear clothes without a bulky and uncomfortable knee brace. They help alleviate some pain, but they’re not perfect. It would be lovely if they made some with some pain relieving gel inside. I’m still hyper mobile with them on, but I can still go on jogs in the summer like I would in the winter. If you have a connective tissue disorder or have bad joints that need some support, definitely give these a go!

> 24 hourI have ribs that continuously slip out of place. This tape is what finally gave me relief enough to sleep. Unfortunately, I only had it on overnight and it became super itchy. When I took it off, I had welts for hours and the outside borders eventually blistered. It did work to give me relief! I was so excited to think of it helping, but it might not be the best for those with sensitive skin.

> 24 hourI have suffered from migraines for the past 10 years. A lot of my migraines seem to stem from having a stiff neck. I heard kinesiology tape can be helpful in dealing with these. I am extreamly pleased with my purchase. Since my original purchase,I have purchased 2 more times. I typically use 1 to 2 of the pre cut strips each time, depending on how I choose to apply it that time. They do stay on very well. I shower with them on daily and they typically last me 4 days but I have worn for 5. Depending on where you are applying these they can be difficult to apply. i cut one end of my strip and apply those ends to the base behind my ears and run it behind my neck and down my back. sometimes it doesnt go on very well since I cant see what Im doing and I end up having to start over using a new strip. Like I said It stays on very well, UNLESS you try to move it once its already touched your skin. I have gotten pretty good at applying it but sometimes its just easier to have someone help you with it. I have also used it to help with back pain and applied it on my sister for lower back pain and in all attempts it seems to be effective. I highly recommend doing some research and watching you tube videos on how to apply these as a lot of it deals with pulling the tape during some of the application to get the most benefit out of them. I love all the color choices. I do recommend if you are wearing them during your normal day to get a less noticeable color, as you will get a lot of strange looks and a lot of questions. I am thrilled about trying this product and I will continue purchasing!

> 24 hourBought the Pro hoping it would withstand more motion but it really doesnt. In fact, I think the regular KT tape last longer. save money and buy the regular, or even the amazon brand.

> 24 hourWhen I first used this product, I was going through so much muscle pain from the arthritis in my knees and shoulder pains. I work overnights and this definitely came in handy cause I applied it before I started working and would go through the entire night without pain. When it was time for me to remove the tape, I can tell the difference cause the pain would return. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who is active like myself that needs anything that can relieve pain without medication.

> 24 hourI was skeptical but my plantar fasciitis has really been limiting my activity recently. I figured its worth a shot. I dont usually have much pain in the morning when I wake up but it progressively worsens throughout the day. I waited until it started to get to a point where I would start to slow down before I applied the tape. I watched the instructional video on their website for plantar fasciitis and almost instantly I felt some sort of relief. The kind of relief you feel as soon as you put a heating pad on a sore muscle. Its not what I was expecting but Ill take it. I have been going on about my day and have been cleaning the house with only mild pain. Usually I would be pretty tempted to stop because of the pain. It hasnt completely ridden me of pain but it does work. When Im not on my feet I can feel that same kind of relief that I felt when I first put it on. Only time will tell to see how well it hold up. I applied shortly after taking a shower to ensure my skin was as clean as it could be before application. I am hoping to get the minimum of 4 days of use out on one application. Otherwise it wont be cost effective to continuously use this but will defiantly always use it when I know Im going to be pretty active. The case makes it convenient to throw in a suitcase or backpack and make sure you have it with you and not worry about it getting damaged. Should I not get the expected usage period out of an application I will update my review. But for day one - Im glad I tried it. **UPDATE** 12/24/15 About 30 hours after applying the tape the edges started to peel significantly. I snipped the peeled back edges as close to my skin as I could to help further eliminate any catching or rolling of the ends further removing the tape. At 48 hours after application the tape on my right foot was peeling off so significantly that it couldnt be salvaged and needed to be removed. At 72 hours the left foot followed suit and needed to be removed. 3 days total, with only about 30 hours of solid, performance with no issues. I wore socks at night like instructed on the website. I was not particularly active, just going about my daily activities. I spend about 6 hours a day in my care commuting for work as well; so I imagine this isnt too rough on the tape. I showered before application and again shortly before the 30 hour mark. Tape was only subjected to 1 shower before it started to deteriorate in performance. I padded the tape dry, being careful not to run and cause the edges to lift. I will be downgrading my rating from 4 to 3 stars. This tape advertises 4-7 days of wear. I got 3, and even that is pushing it. On the plus side, it does help. It would be ideal for short term applications for days or sporting events where you know you will need it. Do not expect a week long application. I just dont see how thats possible. Bottom line: Buy it for the times when you will need it for a sporting event or strenuous activity as a one time use solution. It does work, but doesnt last nearly as long as the manufacturer claims. This is the KT pro tape which is supposed to last 4-7 days. They make another tape that is supposed to last 1-3 days and is a little cheaper. I may give that a go once I use up this roll since Im getting less than 2 days of use out of an application.

> 24 hourI have been using KT tape over the past year to remedy different injuries on my foot and shoulder. Overall, I really like the benefits that KT tape has, but I dont necessarily agree with some of the more bold claims of total pain relief. KT tape is good at sticking to your skin and coaching your body and joints on how to move. This helps your body recover, but wont provide immediate pain relief, and will only cause pain to stop if you work on strengthening your muscles and joints for the future. What KT tape does best is prevent your body from making your injuries any worse. Ive used KT tape for my shoulder and foot. On my shoulder I had my roommate apply the tape after watching a YouTube video. This helped coach my shoulder and arm move in a way that wouldnt cause me more pain, but did not completely solve the source of the problem. With my foot, I am currently dealing with sesamoiditis/turf toe. The KT tape really helps my foot move in a way that wont cause me more pain so I dont irritate the injury. The main idea is that KT tape will help your body from further irritating your injuries, but wont solve major injuries without you putting in some work to recover. In terms of adhesion, the tape sticks fairly well. On areas that dont move much or rub against other surfaces the tape will stick to you for 2-4 days before peeling off on the edges. For areas like your feet, the tape will stick for less time. Often Ive only had 6 hours of wear on my feet, but if you are careful, you can get up to 2 days. Call me crazy, but it seems that the green color lasts longer than the dark blue color of the same variety. Ive been able to have the green tape adhere for days while the dark blue will only adhere for hours. KT tape will never stick over arm or leg hair. I guess this also would be true for chest and back hair as well. KT tape recommends shaving the area you need to adhere. I have noticed, even with the lightest of hair, the KT tape will come off within the hour if you try to put it over any hair. I have showered with KT tape many times. As long as you dont move the KT tape while it is wet or cover it with soap the KT tape will dry within 30-60 minutes and adhere just as strong. Sometimes Ive noticed that after a hot shower the KT tape feels like it has shrunk a tiny bit and feels tighter, but oddly this almost feels better for my joints. In terms of feel, the tape is not very noticeable on your body unless you accidentally stick it to hair, or start to sweat where you have the KT tape. The KT tape fabric feels like the average workout shirt material, soft to touch and slightly moisture wicking. Overall I like the idea of KT tape, it helps coach my body to move in a certain way to prevent further irritation of my injury. This ends up helping me feel better over time when I put in the effort to recover and heal while wearing KT tape.

> 24 hourIt is not entirely a pain relief. I don’t understand how it’s pain relief as I didn’t have any change on pain. However it’s a prevented product that avoid sudden pulls etc. also Paid $11.50 less than one month ago. Now $15.50. Nearly 40% increase in a month made me not to order this product anymore!
