> 24 hourThis is a great brand it is very durable and worth the money. I never have a problem applying the tape and I never have a problem removing the tape. You can tell the difference in this brand and other brands. I consistently buy KT tape. Very happy customer.

> 24 hourI have suffered from migraines for the past 10 years. A lot of my migraines seem to stem from having a stiff neck. I heard kinesiology tape can be helpful in dealing with these. I am extreamly pleased with my purchase. Since my original purchase,I have purchased 2 more times. I typically use 1 to 2 of the pre cut strips each time, depending on how I choose to apply it that time. They do stay on very well. I shower with them on daily and they typically last me 4 days but I have worn for 5. Depending on where you are applying these they can be difficult to apply. i cut one end of my strip and apply those ends to the base behind my ears and run it behind my neck and down my back. sometimes it doesnt go on very well since I cant see what Im doing and I end up having to start over using a new strip. Like I said It stays on very well, UNLESS you try to move it once its already touched your skin. I have gotten pretty good at applying it but sometimes its just easier to have someone help you with it. I have also used it to help with back pain and applied it on my sister for lower back pain and in all attempts it seems to be effective. I highly recommend doing some research and watching you tube videos on how to apply these as a lot of it deals with pulling the tape during some of the application to get the most benefit out of them. I love all the color choices. I do recommend if you are wearing them during your normal day to get a less noticeable color, as you will get a lot of strange looks and a lot of questions. I am thrilled about trying this product and I will continue purchasing!

> 24 hourIn terms of relief and support, the results were as flat as a deflated football. The tape did little to alleviate my discomfort or enhance my performance, making me question the steep price tag. To sum up, the KT Tape was a disappointing investment - it was more of a false start than a victory lap in my athletic journey.

> 24 hourI have ribs that continuously slip out of place. This tape is what finally gave me relief enough to sleep. Unfortunately, I only had it on overnight and it became super itchy. When I took it off, I had welts for hours and the outside borders eventually blistered. It did work to give me relief! I was so excited to think of it helping, but it might not be the best for those with sensitive skin.

> 24 hourI have been using the KT Tape off and on for over a year to help with an injury that flares up when I over work it. It does help support the damaged muscles, I just have to be smart enough to know when to say when. At first I bought the regular cotton tape, this time I got the premium product. Very similar. The synthetic stretches a little less, so it feels like it holds firmer to the applied area. The adhesive seems the same to me. The synthetic does last a couple extra days, as it tends to peel up on the edges less than the regular cotton. It also holds less water after a shower than the cotton tape. The packaging was the most significant upgrade actually. The little tub it comes in is nicer than the bare role. I will purchase the synthetic again if I can get it for a small premium over the cotton. If it is more than a couple bucks extra, Im fine with the base model. Check the colors, sometimes you can get a good deal on the ugly ones if you dont mind. :)

> 24 hourThis product works as advertised and is definitely worth every penny. It doesnt come off when exposed to water, it relieves muscle pain, and its reasonably priced. The bonus of this KT Tape Pro is that it comes in a reusable, plastic, compact, cylindrical case that can be used for other purposes. The only downsides are that when you sweat, this KT Tape Pro gets a bit itchy, and tiny bits of tape stick to your skin (and are difficult to remove) when you peel off the tape.

> 24 hourIve used KT Tape off and on for a chronic ankle problem I got from running. When it flared up Id use some tape on it which would provide some relief. The only issue I had with KT Tapes original product was that since I used it on my ankle and foot, the ends of the tape would tend to come loose when you put you shoes and socks on and took them off. And once the ends come loose, its not long before the whole piece of tape wont stay. KT Tape advertises that it will stay on and can be worn for up to 5 days and occasionally I would get that much use out of it, but many times it would only last a day or two. Enter KT Tape Pro. I read a very positive review of it from someone I follow on Twitter and since I already knew the tape worked for me as far as providing relief from my injury, I decided to try a roll of their pro product. Im happy to say it works as advertised. If you apply it as directed (make sure to burnish it down good), it stays on. For several days. If youre wearing it on your feet, you still need to take some care putting on and taking off socks, but as long as you do that, you can wear it for a few days before it needs to be removed. If youve used KT Tapes original product, you will notice KT Tape Pro doesnt have the pre-cut split down the center of each piece. IMO, this is a change for the better. In many applications of the tape, you dont want to split it and its much easier to lay it down as a single piece without that pre-cut split. And if you do need that, its simple enough to do it yourself with a pair of scissors. All in all, a definite improvement on the original KT Tape. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourSo I bought a bunch of this stuff after I had people recommend it to me. I seen that doctors sometimes used it, so I got some. I was told I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years until an MRI said that instead both the bones at my foot joint were dead. When I thought it was PF, I was doing the wraps they said to do with KT tape and the only positive I got from it was the fact it helped to hold my foot into place. I guess that might be all it’s suppose to do or maybe the fact I didn’t have PF was the reason it never provided me with much help or relief. It’s hard to say. A girl at work sweared by the stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I can’t really say that it was terrible since I was using it for something I never had, but even with my dead bones, it did hold everything in place more than compression socks and it was much less hassle free in comparison to fully wrapping my foot. This stuff is expensive though. My only advice… Don’t stock up on it like I did without knowing if it’s going to be great or not. LOL
