> 3 dayAbout six years ago I was having problems with my plantar fasciitis and my pt recommended KT tape. I watched YouTube videos, bought some on Amazon, used it and it really helped. Recently Ive been having problems again. I bought some more. It doesnt stick like it used to. I used to wear it through showers, for a couple days. Now I put it on at night and its loose by the morning. It wont last through a shower at all. I shower at night, scrub my feet clean so its going on a completely clean surface. It helps, but where it used to last at least 3 days now it lasts 6 hours at most.

> 3 dayThis product works as advertised and is definitely worth every penny. It doesnt come off when exposed to water, it relieves muscle pain, and its reasonably priced. The bonus of this KT Tape Pro is that it comes in a reusable, plastic, compact, cylindrical case that can be used for other purposes. The only downsides are that when you sweat, this KT Tape Pro gets a bit itchy, and tiny bits of tape stick to your skin (and are difficult to remove) when you peel off the tape.

> 3 dayIt is not entirely a pain relief. I don’t understand how it’s pain relief as I didn’t have any change on pain. However it’s a prevented product that avoid sudden pulls etc. also Paid $11.50 less than one month ago. Now $15.50. Nearly 40% increase in a month made me not to order this product anymore!

> 3 dayI work on my feet in a large theme park on concrete all day. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and arthritis in my right knee. This makes standing and getting around a little difficult. I started seeing Guests in the park with this very colorful tape on their knees. I started to do a little research. I asked a couple of Guests if the tape really works, each time I got a resounding, YES! Finally, I gave it a shot. Today was my first day trying the tape. I watched the video this morning on You Tube for my knew and my foot. I have to say, I LOVE IT! I actually walked around today with a real smile on my face! I havent done that in months. 1 piece of tape did start to curl. Ill chalk it up to operator error. It is my first time. Even if it isnt my fault, I dont care. I still have some pain, but nothing like yesterday, or the day before, etc. I feel so much better! This is a God send. It feels like Im wearing a knee brace, but its not too tight and it doesnt slip. This is well worth the money, even if I have to reapply it everyday, which I dont expect. I really do love it. Ill update this review if anything changes. Get some. Thats all I have to say!

> 3 dayBeen using this product for 10 years, ever since I was an injury-prone athlete treating jumpers knee, shin splints, IT band syndrome, knee surgery and shoulder impingement. Worked so well, the staff at Memorial Hermann in Houston doing my physical therapy took an interest for their other clients. Now that Im in cancer treatment, Im very prone to vicious calf and foot arch cramping, as well as vascular pain where the blood vessels just burn and ache in this one spot on the inside of my calf. I was pretty beat up from three airports and in so much leg pain, I could barely stand up to help my family do a puzzle over the dining room table. Also knew I was hiking up a small mountain on the same trip so I was in dire straits Enter KT Tape! Taped my problem arch and soleus muscle where the vascular pain happens and some of the cramping. Hike went off without any pain! When I got to the car, my knees were pretty beat up from the descent and overall body inflammation. Used my old jumpers knee taping technique, and poof, my pain was gone before I got home with takeout. Also, it never came back! This helped me avoid days of knee soreness. The Pro version is totally worth it. Seems more expensive, but if you apply it to clean skin and not over lotion or sunscreen —put that stuff AROUND it—its actually more economical because itll last through multiple days of showers. And because the metallic sheen on the purple just looks that cool!

Greater than one weekBest thing ever ! It has worked for all of injuries... when I say all injuries I literally mean all injuries. I have two bad knees , one which is completely blown out and I use nothing but KT tape s AssNd a couple ibuprofen on the worst days. I broke my tibia about six months ago and I hate drs! I did go to the ER 2 days later (only because I was concerned I had restricted blood flow) and confirmed the break but was too swollen for casting. I never went back or had a follow up. KT tape was introduced to me and it actually got me through the long recovery. I highly suggest you do not try to do the same, use KT tape but don’t be an idiot like I am. I’m ruined probably for life lol :.... still won’t go to The dr but I definitely will continue to use kt tape. I use both original and love the pro . Has prevented pain everywhere from my carpal tunnel in my wrist and arthritis in all my joints to old sports injuries and knee surgeries. This is really the best thing ever? Stabilizes while preventing pain.

> 3 dayI’ve use this product multiple times in the past. I’ve used the original version as well as the pro. In the past, even the original would last for two or three days as advertised, but the pro, which is supposed to last 4 to 7 days, has not managed to last even overnight. I have used up the entire roll of strips and not one application has lasted overnight for a second day. Part of the time the glue is not sticking to my skin, but part of the time the tape is not sticking to a previous piece of tape. As I’ve said, I have used this product in the past and now how to apply it. After the first time it didn’t stick, I rewatched an application video to make sure I had applied it correctly. I had. I used the right amount of stretch and proceeded to give a friction rub afterwards to help as recommended. It didn’t matter if my skin was freshly washed or completely dry. It didn’t matter if I put lotion on the night before or not. It didn’t matter if I was wearing shorts, capris or jeans (application was on the knees). None of the applications stayed for a second day.

> 3 dayI work at a warehouse and these tape have been helping me a lot with rotator cuff pain. When not wearing them, the difference is noticeable. They can stay on my skin for 3-4 days even with constant shower. Only thing is, like other reviews mentioned, these tape cause rashes and irritation on skin. Changing them every 2 days seems to be helping with the rashes but not with itchiness while wearing them.

> 3 dayIve been using ktape for a knee injury for a while, thought I would try the pro. It is smoother and lighter material but the tape doesnt stay stuck as well as the regular version. I hoped it would stay on longer but the ends come off when moving and after it is wet it needed replacing. I love the color and the smooth feel but seems inferior for more money.
